It's hard to find a good reputable mover especially when moving long distance. We moved 1200 miles from Florida to NY. We had an furnished AIRBNB but had about 20 boxes & a filled storage unit while our home was being built. One mover wanted a video but you could not see all the way in & they would not take a written list. Alicia actually came to the storage unit & took our itemized list. She was a pleasure to work with. There was no problem with D&B going to the AIRBNB, then to the storage unit & finally to our new home. We had 4 movers and two trucks. We also had to change the date due to the builder not finishing on time. Dimon & Bacorn had no problem with this late change. The movers put down paper so that our new floors would not get dirty! We have moved a lot & no mover had ever done this before. It was a good move & the movers were nice, polite & considerate. They cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend Dimon & Bacorn for any move you might be considering.

Do not under any circumstances consider this moving company. We had a horrific experience. Alicia came through our home to provide us with an estimate. We discussed items that would be included in the move and the cherished heirloom items that we would transport. On moving day, a crew showed up with a disgusted , not wanting to be there attitude. They broke items while loading the van and just left a pile of broken glass (antique crock in our driveway) along with cigarette butts. We went through the house again with our driver and pointed out the items that we were going to transport ourselves. While my husband and I were upstairs getting some final packing done, lo and behold many of the items we asked them not to take were loaded onto the moving van. Next, of course, we find upon arrival of the moving van our cherished heirloom valuables had been smashed in transit, along with many , many other items. We even found that some of our items had been discarded in a nearby dumpster. We were never told that they had discarded these glass pieces. It was just break
and move on. We immediately called Dimon and Bacorn, they wanted nothing to do with us. They advised us to call the insurance company. What a joke that is. They wanted to repair broken items that left our home in pristine valuable condition. We spent months fighting and arguing with the insurance company. We tried to get Dimon and Bacorn to stand behind the product they sell. They were absolutely no help at all. The kicker of all this is ; these items were marked “do not transport “. This was a nightmare, buyer beware.

What a great experience using Dimon & Bacorn of Binghamton Area for a local move! Alicia the relocation specialist was great, working and planning the move to ensure everything went flawlessly. The moving team of Phil, Ron and Ben were FANTASTIC!!!! They were on time, professional, firendly, courteous and did a great job protecting/moving all of the household items. Would recommend without a doubt for a move again. Thanks for a great experience!!!!

Overall, our move was very smooth. Alicia was excellent to work with. The estimate was very close to the actual cost. Justin was an outstanding driver-very responsible and very accommodating. All staff were punctual, polite and hardworking. All staff worked quickly and neatly. The only negative was that some boxes were mis-labeled or unlabeled. For example, our toaster oven was found in a box labeled Garage. We would recommend Dimon & Bacorn for any relocation.

We used Dimon & Bacorn to help with our move from the Binghamton area to Syracuse. They were easy to work with every step of the way. Alicia, the relocation coordinator, was prompt and helped me understand the process and cost. The crew we got was great to work with, they took care of our items and everything arrived in the same shape it left our old house in. This was one moving expense we were happy to pay, and so glad we did.

Some furniture never received. De 2 days late with 1 man unloading truck at delivery. Furniture removed from previous landlords apartment, never returned. Management refuses to talk with me.

Moving is stressful no matter what, but Dimon & Bacorn were absolutely worth the price. When our closing was up in the air, they were very flexible with scheduling. The crew that ended up loading and unloading our things was extremely punctual and professional. Only one cheap (and very easily replaceable) item was broken. They moved in large furniture pieces and then were very courteous about moving certain pieces to different rooms as our home took shape. Everyone, from main office to the crew, was great to work with. I would absolutely use them again!

The gentlemen who packed up my things into the truck were extremely friendly but so many of my things arrived damaged and the inventory sheets (that I was never given a copy of) were so hard to read it took me a long time to make claims for the damages because I couldn't tell which item was which. Very disappointed.

Moved from out of state. This is my first time moving within US - Dimon and Bacorn were great! They coordinated with movers from out of state and made the whole process very smooth for me. Best rates and great service!
