I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this really aggravated me. Got a large cold brew with cream. Right off the first sip, I can tell the cream was old and tasted/smelled very off. I take a closer look at the drink and see that there are expired milk chunks in my DRINK!!!! I used to work at Dunkin and I know those milk containers and the machines are supposed to be cleaned Routinely!!! This would not have happened if somebody did their job correctly. I am utterly disgusted and Shouldn’t be disappointed because this vestal Ave location always lets me down.

The negative reviews has to be for the same person. In fact I think the rude server is the "manager" herself who does not seem to be able to manage herself. Ordered a chai latte on my app over 10 mins prior. Arrived, no drinks. She asked me what I ordered told her chai latte. Since it was going to take a minute I look around the gas station for a snack and returned, still no drink. Same person asked me what I ordered o said chai latte. Then she tells her staff that I pronounced it funny. I'm on my phone right next to the pick up area. Few mins goes by, then I see a drink for pick up with no sticker. She pretends to be busy making another order. I asked the drive through staff what this drink was and she is confused as there is no sticker. Then the other staff pipes in said it's my drink and she told me my drink was ready when she placed it. I told her that's not true. I asked the other staff what her name was and of cos they start hanging up and she says that's the manager. I told them that was unfortunate and the drive tru staff says no not really, I told her yes really. Told them I never had a drink in any dd without a sticker or staff w poor attitude. Then she says th sticker was broken as I watched the stick machine print out multiple pink stickers. She tried to argue and I basically told her she choose to not be better today and left. She was still yapping away when I walked away. The staff here chooses to be piss poor in their attitude and unfortunately I think they get away with it a lot and upper management at Dunkin don't listen to the customers which is why they are still hanging around. I wish the staff all the best in the world and hope they can do their job with dignity and pride.

No customers. Place says it closes at 7pm. Won’t answer drive thru at 5:40pm. Went inside, and lady ignores. Needs more staffing / faster service or to close earlier.

Worst service ever! Actually didn't get served. Ordered 1 coffee at drive thru, would you like anything else, yes another coffee. Then the screen showed 1 coffee. Tried to say we want 2 coffees. Was told they're human and I didn't need to give an attitude. Then told to have a nice day. So refused service. Wth! So done. Starbucks will be getting my money.

Went to pick up order and the girl was the rudest ever when I asked if it was ready. She ignored me in front of other customers. Said she doesn't have to talk to me and when I asked for a manager she claimed to be the shift manager and said she didn't have to say anything or do anything to help me and I said your attitude is awful while customers were watching agreeing with me and then she just blatantly walked away let me be and would not help me so I had to ask another girl very helpful behind the counter to help and she was Autumn. I had to ask the other girl to give me the name.

I usually come to this location a couple times a week for a latte and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich I got today was burnt and tasted burnt so of course I drove all the way back to ask can they make another one. I asked as politely as possible. When they gave me the second one, it was also burnt and as nice as I possibly could I asked for a refund. The two girls who I was talking towere extremely rude and argumentative and all I asked for was a refund. As two other ladies helped me with the refund, I could hear the two who were dealing with the sandwich in the back yelling "fuck u" and other expletives, all this over a sandwich. Don't know her name but she had blue hair and glasses and the other was lighter skinned with a high ponytail, sorta tall. It's never that serious over a sandwich and I hope they are dealt with although it seemed like their mgr was used to this nasty behavior from them based on her response.

This location has seriously gone down in customer service. A few weeks ago their espresso machine was down, I have no idea what coffee is made with espresso, so I asked for a latte, which she responded with an attitude that their espresso machine was broken. So I asked ok are you making coffee at all to which she responded with an extremely condescending bigger attitude, OIR ESPRESSO MACHINE IS BROKEN. So I ended up driving off. Seems like the last 4 months things have gotten terrible there. They don't listen at the drive thru, and you are always greeting with an attitude. If you are that unhappy with your career choice, go find a different job.
