The owner and manager are amazing! They go above and beyond. They even gave us some complimentary pineapple flowers for a get well gift. Such lovely people, excellent service and always delicious. Edible Arrangements in Vestal is my favorite gift to send in the twin tiers. Thank you again!

I reside in Texas and had the intention of surprising my future sister-in-law on her birthday all the way from this location. Last night, I decided to make an online purchase of Sweet appreciation flowers and a fruit bouquet gift, accompanied by a delectable chocolate cake, totaling over $100. To my dismay, when the delivery arrived today, the flowers were missing. I promptly contacted the company, and they expressed their apologies, assuring me that the error would be rectified immediately. However, when my sister-in-law arrived home and proceeded to cut the cake, she discovered that it was confetti-flavored instead of the chocolate one I had specifically ordered. Additionally, the fruit bouquet appeared comical and far from what I had anticipated. Regrettably, I should have read the reviews before placing my order, but given that edible arrangements is a well-known chain, I never expected such a disastrous outcome. My assumptions were clearly mistaken. First and last time I order here

I would give less tban one star bht that is not an option My sister ordered an edible arrangment which was incomplete and not as described..My sister called and described the issues and the "fruit expert" " manager" was rude and accused her of not telling the truth. She stated that she delivered the order and the birthday box slee w was on ot, however it was missing. Shw stated that my dad muat have thrown it out which he did not. It was a present for my dad and I am very upset with the way she was treated. The fruit was done differently than what was pictured and there was no offer to redo or replace it. She only offered to compensate that the balloon was missing $6.00. Not happy and will not reccommend to ANYONE!!!

Went two days in a row during business hours and the store was closed. It was the day before fathers day and the following day. Sign said to call and no one answered. Sign said back in 40 minutes. Waited 20 in my car then left. Came back on HOUR later still closed. Two days in a row this happened. Horrible way to run a business.

Wish I could give a zero...DO NOT GO HERE.I placed an order at 10 a.m. to have them delivery later that day. I got an email with my order number stating that they received it and that they are working on it. I get calls around 3:30 p.m. stating that they are having technical difficulties and will be unable to deliver. I tried calling back several times no one got back to me even left voicemail. The next day sent an email out stating that I want a full refund or that I will be contacting my bank for fraudulent charge. Before I even could hit send I'm getting a call from edible arrangements. I'm not sure who I spoke to it must be the manager (RUDE), I informed her I would like to have a whole thing canceled because there's no point. She got very snappy at me and tried to lie about situation. Evey lie I could easily shutdown, so she got so made she said "fine I'll refund it" and hung up...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you make mistakes that's fine, that's life but conduct yourself better as a business owner. Apologize for inconvenience and try to make right don't get defensive and childish. Save yourself time and don't order here, if you do at least don't use delivery

Super happy with my purchase! It was a last minute gift for my husband and they delivered it quicker than I expected! It’s nice to have such a delicious assortment, but my husband refuses to share the cheesecake so it must be superb. Will definitely purchase again!

I ordered in advance for my father's 81 birthday. I was so excited I could order balloons with his cake as I live 600 miles away.I called him all excited only to find out he didn't receive the balloons.I called customer service and I was told unfortunately they were out of helium. I ordered in advance, I was never contacted that there was a problem fulfilling my order or do discuss a different gift but yet I was charged full price. I was told the next day someone would reach out to me from the local vestal store but that never happened.Very poor business ethics and definitely lost a customer.

If I could give this awful establishment "0" stars I would. The edible arrangement received was a disgrace. Very dear friends of our family just suffered a terrible loss. Since our family is from out of town, we were not able to attend the service in person. We opted to purchase an Edible Arrangement from this location to send to the family to let them know we were so very sorry for their loss and thinking of them during this difficult time. What was delivered to this family was an absolute embarrassment. This franchise not only falsely advertised their hours of operation, in which the family in mourning had to stay put all day waiting for something that never arrived, they also received a fruit arrangement that was half of what was advertised. When the arrangement finally arrived the following day, it was bare (see photo) and did not reflect what was advertised online. When we called the store to discuss our discontent, we were told that based on the order, the correct items were were sent. It is clear from the photo that the arrangement sent does not reflect the cost we paid or the product advertised. At no time did this establishment offer a solution or try to rectify the situation. They pathetically stand by their unethical practice of false advertising and misleading customers and should be ashamed of themselves. We reached out to Corporate Headquarters and expect this to be handled accordingly.

My daughter ordered an arrangement for her 89 year old grandmother’s birthday well in advance of the delivery date. The recipient did not receive the order until 6:00 pm. That is not acceptable. The day is almost over by then not to mention it’s dark outside at that time and for an 89 year old that is late. I could see if the order was placed a day or two prior but being it was ordered well over a week in advance delivery that late is unacceptable.
