Wife reserved a minivan weeks in advance for 6 adults. When she arrived, they did not have a minivan available and gave her a jeep grand Cherokee instead. (A premium SUV for the same price they said) Passenger space in a Jeep Grand Cherokee is no where near the same as Toyota Sienna. This resulted in one of the adults needing to drive their own car, basically negating the need for a rental. The jeep's driver side window also did not work. A jeep is not a substitute for a mini van.

Had a great rental experience here. The rep was very professional and helpful. He showed me options for additional items I could purchase, but he pushed none of them. He gave me a choice of several cars. Once we went out to do the walk through, he asked me if I had any questions. I asked if he could help me connect my phone so I could have navigation and by audio book played through the car. He not only did this, but he also got me a charge cord! Couldn't ask for better service! Would definitely rent here again.

Great customer service, very helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond to answer any questions you have, even showed us how to connect our phone to the screen in the truck, which was awesome for us technically challenged people.?Truck was ready when we arrived. We were even entertained by a customer service rep that we believe was practicing singing for an audition on Americas got talent, lol. You can tell they love their jobs! We always rent from Enterprise for our long trips, and we’ve never been disappointed with the vehicles or customer service, see you next trip Enterprise?
