If I could leave a zero star I would. Worst service department ever. Never return phone calls. Give you the run around on what’s the hold up. Over book so if something else is wrong with your vehicle you have to wait weeks to fix that problem. Never take heavy duty trucks to them.

I was traveling with my travel trailer and I broke down in a nearby town. Feduke was recommended. I DO NOT recommend them. It took a week to find I had a melted wire harness. They refused to put a claim against my extended warranty. They installed a new harness, found my back up camera not working then let it sit in the lot. I was told nothing else was wrong. I fought hard to get them to create a claim against my extended warranty to no avail. I drove away with the backup camera still broken, the cross traffic and blind spot detection system fault. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

We love doing business with Feduke Ford. Tate, our salesperson, made it so easy to turn in our lease and pick up another vehicle. Michael, the finance manager, was terrific and both of them explained everything thoroughly. We give them 5 stars!!

Took car for brakes. AFTER they get brakes off, they say it now needs calipers but that will take a week. FeDuke no longer has loaners, so they said. So now, not certain about going to work. "Free" brake job is now costing extra labor, calipers (who knows if they are really bad) and now extra cost to loan are car. Remember, nothing is free. Go elsewhere for repairs.

I WAS A DIE HARD FORD FAN!!!! I hate to report that I am totally losing faith in FORD. I am not sure I can trust or believe anything you say or do anymore. I bought my FORD FUSION 2013 in 2014 from FedukeFORD, with Cash, So there were no issues. Really shocked that in Summer of 2022, I was told by Warren, that my motor was cracked. The car NEVER OVERHEATED on me...EVER! The car Coolant light kept coming on. And that is only a couple of issues in this 7yrs. The car is not even 10yrs old. This visit on Jan 28, 2023 wasn't a bad visit. My grade is for overall service since I have been dealing with this FORD.

Consistency horrible service department. I wish we had a different dealer in the area to use. This time they have had our truck going on 11 days now. Was supposed to be done in 3 days, then 5, then 7 and have added one more day on a daily basis since and still don’t have our truck back. Today a worker named Rita was extremely rude saying again it will be done tomorrow and making the statement of “you’re lucky we squeezed you in” which is completely untrue since we made an appointment weeks ago- don’t tellPeople their trucks will be ready and then keep lying and extending the date- let alone be rude to them. No loaner to be provided, only rude comments and still no truck back. Oh and the oil pan should not have went on a new truck in just a few years….. will never buy a Ford again

Do not bother to take your vehicle here for service. I set up an appointment over a month ago and drove an hour to get here to be told, they see that I called and my information is in the system but dont have my appointment and no technician can fit me in to do the service. Not even REMOTELY apologetic.

My car was recently serviced for a recall, oil change, a wheel alignment which I thought I needed and didn't, new air filter and cabin filter. I was very pleased with my service. I was informed on every point that needed or didn't need to be done and every detail was explained to me. Even though I've been driving most of my life, I wasn't aware of the the pitch of our roads and why my car pulls to the right and did not need a wheel alignment. The garage manager explained it was time for a air filter and cabin filter change. I couldn't have been more pleased with my service.

I am giving one star only because zero stars is not an option.The General Manager Todd is a complete joke, anti-confrontational and should not be in his position if unable to hold his employees accountable or deal with the public. As you can see when a bad review is placed on google he uses the same text for each replay, there is nothing unique just a copy and paste to call him to keep a responsive "image" for marketing purposes. He doesn't care about you reaching out in fact he will probably never take your call he will have the admin works answering the phone tell the customer that he is "busy" or unable to take the call. I know because I was the admin taking the calls. The really good employees are abused and taken advantage of and the lazy workers are catered to. Terrible service. Not recommended for service or employment.

Service department rude as you know what kept interrupting while I was talking and trying to explain something telling me they're booked till the first of the year? And couldn't squeeze me in to just look at something never heard of that in my life would never buy here or call hear again for anything
