I received highly professional service with great communication from the Service Manager named Bob. He relayed the findings by the mechanic and explained in clear terms options and recommendations. The service was timely and entirely resolved the problem. I have no reservation in strongly recommending this outstanding service center.

Good people overall.. and great prices. But I had to change a flat in the middle of nowhere and there was easily 120 pounds of torque on my lug nuts. I assume the tech held the air gun on all of the wheels. I couldn’t crack the lug nuts with a tire iron, AAA could t crack the lug nuts with his hand held torque gun, and had to get my car towed! Just to replace a tire, and to take off the lug nuts. I feel bad for anyone else that might get a flat or need to take off their tire. Because you won’t be able to. It would be great if they torqued the lugs to the spec of the car rather than hold a gun on them. Very disappointing.

I have 6 cars and have always relied on this Firestone on quality service….i took my Pontiac solstice in for a set of 245-45-18 tires… picked it up and drove it to my home in Florida. I left it there and flew back to New York.
When I flew back to Florida recently to
Show my car in a car show I notice that
3 of the tires were 245-45-18 and the 4 th
Tire was 235-55-18. Also by law Firestone is required to record ea tires serial number and they only recorded 3 and left the four
Tires serial number not recorded ???
When I called Firestone where I bought the
Tires and spoke to Cameron, he said “Oh
I must have picked up the wronge tire
On the rack bring it back and we will
Switch it”. I told him my car is in Florida
And he did not even act like he cared.
I highly suggest that it you need tires
I will never buy tires from this Firestone
And will be Leary in the future of relieing
On this Firestone for anything in the future

The guy I talked to is very friendly and helpful, and so far the work has been reliable and met my needs. Even diagnosed a weird one last time I was there when another shop nearby couldn’t help me.

These guys have been great, always. I started coming to them after getting screwed over by a family friend who is a mechanic and literally almost destroyed my car.
They have always been upfront and honest on what’s going on with my car. They are very friendly, professional and always work with you to get you a deal.

My father took my Kia Soul into Firestone yesterday due to a flat tire. He said that Jeremy took care of the car as soon as he arrived. My father didn't have to wait long and he was very greatful for the service he received.

These folks were amazing when I had to fix my flat tire. Booked an appointment and they took my car in within ten minutes of when I arrived and patched my tired and I was done within an hour. Great price too! Couldn't have asked for more.

If I could give zero stars, I sure would. About 6,000 miles ago I went to this location to have my oil changed. Fast forward to today, I went to change my oil and couldn’t with fear of stripping the oil drain plug. It was WAY over torqued, when these drain plugs are supposed to be SNUG. For this reason, they have lost my business, I’ll stick to the honest and knowledgeable ma and pop shops around town rather than to deal with these chain fools.

Staff was very professional and communitive. My vehicle taking right in. Out in less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation.. Can't tell you the last time I didn't spend 2+ hours at a garage.

I was helped by Bob at the Vestal Firestone. He was extremely helpful and personable, and gave me an honest assessment of my vehicle. Hard to know who you can trust sometimes at establishments similar to this one, but Bob and the other associates I’ve worked with have always treated me honestly and fairly. This is added to the list of great experiences I’ve had at this site.

On our way from Geneseo to L.I., We stopped here with the battery light on, Jeremy and staff took care of us. They tested battery and charging system, cleaned up battery terminals, topped off coolant. Charged us very little. Made it home with no issues. Honest and straightforward, no pressure to do any unnecessary service. Highly recommend! Anyone with a student at Bing should keep them in mind, I wish I knew of them while my son was at Bing for 4 years.
