Firstly I'm a single father with custody of two small kids and every bit of anything we get has to come through me. I just was in this GameStop they offered me a price of $87 compared to $41 on a trade in. I chose the $41 when they finalized the sale she said $37. So she gets the manager after she admits she misspoke. The manager comes out and I tell him if my complaint he decides to laugh at me over the situation. And then like I'm some low life gutter trash he decides to make the joke with the whole store and they tell me I'm going to smoke crack with the money. I have never been so dehumanized in my life, the way I have here. I don't use drugs, I don't drink alcohol. What is wrong with people anymore? Why do peons like the manager at GameStop think they can act like a dictator just because they run a GameStop?

Went to pick up an online order and when I got there (3 hours after order was placed for same day pick up) I was informed that it hadn’t even come through their system yet. Instead of turning me away or telling me it wasn’t their problem, Adrian offered to help me and was truly a fantastic customer service associate! Left with the items I came for, and a smile.

I’m giving them a one star because they refused to sell me a Transformer I’ve been hunting down for a month. When I complained about it they threatened to call the police on me for giving them a hard time. BTW, I have autism too which they didn’t care about. The two employees that worked there needs to be fired for refusing to sell me the product and poor treatment of people with mental disabilities.

Went in last week for streaming Xbox help. Met a very nice employee ..person's name... Ava? Anna? I'm bad at names I'm sorry. Either way, they were awesome. Very informative and friendly. I stayed in the store chatting about pc's for half an hour just because she had great information and talking with her was an enjoyable experience.Even if the one in the mall was still thereI'd still choose to go to this particular one due to a positive interaction.It's tough these days Everyone seems rude or just not there In the moment or treats you with this lack of professionalismIt was nice to see someone so genuine get treated with courtesy and kindness. I have been having A rough week, so if you see this review, thank you again for the experience and for making that day a little bit better for me.

I was lied to about what a rewards membership would give me, lied to about how I would be able to use the benefits I paid for, lied to about what preordering a game would give, lied to about whether I would miss out on something if I didn’t go to a midnight release and faced with apathy at every step avoid GameStop at all costs their prices aren’t any better than anywhere else and they will just lie to you and tell you whatever to get you to spend more money and sign up for a paid membership and then do their best to stop you from ever getting what you paid for DO NOT SHOP HERE OR ANY GAMESTOP ANYWHERE. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DO BUSINESS IN GOOD FAITH.

There is a white girl manager there she is racist and instead of helping you find your game you pre order for my son. she threatened me with cops and said I was annoying her after I paid for my sons pre order game there in full and they can’t find it I won’t spend my money here no more unprofessional and she called me the n word.Guess GameStop hires anyone now .

Was trying to purchase a $150 game and a had question prior to purchase, something small. First store I called girl didn't answer my question and proceeded to tell me they didn't have it(I'd already found one). Second store I say " hoping you could answer a question", he replies "it's gotta be quick, I gotta customer".... GameStop ya gotta do better...or maybe I'm sensitive
