Jody is the best! Absolutely incredible how talented and detailed she is in her work. The process of selling our house was not only quick and efficient but no stress at all thanks to her. I cannot recommend Jody Butts enough if you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell a home. We found Jody on the internet as we were not in the area but looking to sell our parents home as they had moved out. Best luck for us. Jody was fantastic - honest, reliable, knowledgeable, kind, helpful - seriously, everything you would want in a realtor. And on top of all of this, she has a positive, happy, welcoming personality which makes it a joy to work with her.
