Shawn was great! Store was well stocked and organized. Although associates on the floor did not greet or offer assistance. That’s kind of a step below what a management team might expect.

The associate at the register Rita was very professional and helpful with questions that I had in regards to the sale that was going on. Store was very neat organized and tidy, and shopping carts were organized and in front of the store easy to obtain.

Went to Kohls today and at the checkout was an old lady. I told her I’m going to do a split payment. $50 on my bank card and the rest on my Kohls charge. So she ran my bank card first said she didn’t know how to do it. Then said wait run the Kohls first then the other card. Regardless, all the money got charged to my bank card which I did not want and nothing to my Kohls charge. I’m infuriated. This lady should know how to run a register if she’s going to be in front of the store. Attached is the pic of the top of my receipt so management can identify who this incompetent nitwit of an employee is. I’d suggest making sure she knows what she’s doing so she doesn’t charge the wrong amounts to the wrong cards. Ridiculous! I will never come here again. The store is messy and employees interesting to say the least. Clothes, not badly priced but the selection sucks: I will go to Torrid in Oakdale Mall or Lane Bryant in Syracuse from now on.

The last few times I’ve gone to Kohl’s I haven’t been happy with the changes - one ladies fitting room was gone and the other had a line to be able to try things on. Then, the checkout lines are ridiculous. The men’s section was gone, and the ladies were short staffed - which caused a 15 plus minute wait.
This is why people now shop online. Kohl’s needs to make some big changes - because the new changes are not working for them.

Kohl's keeps making more brands not eligible for coupons. Getting aggravated with that. I remember when Macy's started doing that. I do not shop there much anymore.

Store is constantly in change. Seems have to really look for what your after. If you have a coupon read the fine print, if it says 30% off it no longer included everything in the store.

Associate Jake from the vestal NY store went over and above for customer help. I asked him to carry a very heavy box of dishes. He did it with a smile, was very courteous, making small talk. When we reached the check out area he went ahead and rang out the sale and offered to carry the box to my vehicle.
