Just bought my 3rd vehicle from Matthews Kia. My salesperson was wonderful I recommend everyone go to Todd Gavazzi for a new vehicle. Very pleasant, helpful in every possible way of buying a new vehicle. He made sure that he put me in the car that had everything I wanted and I’m so thankful for him I love my new car and get so many compliments. Thank you Todd your very appreciated!!

I bought a key fob and had it programmed and what a joke! I paid almost $200 for this service to be done. Now my locks don't work properly. They will randomly lock and you have to press the unlock button repeatedly to get them to unlock because they will keep locking.For the first time ever, my keys got locked in my car while it was running because the doors locked! I was fortunate enough to have the local police department come and get my car unlocked.I did not have this problem at all until they did this work.When I spoke to someone in service about the issue, their reply was 'What do you want us to do about it!!" Obviously something was not programmed correctly so look at it and fix it.Never will use them again!

There is a sales consultant name BIL KALKA very rude. He makes me feel that i go there for a free car. It was Makes me very embarrassed and uncomfortable. He doesn’t know how to be handle customer. Who care how many years he worked there customer only needs good behavior. If you don’t want to sale the car just let customer know or tell them that you don’t want to serve!

Ask for Rich French!! By far the best experience purchasing a car- ever. I was treated like family, and every question I had was answered (there were a lot). Amazing communication, and no surprises. Recommending Rich to everyone I know!

I bought a Kia a few years ago. I went back there because everyone there is so professional and Nice. Chris in Customer Service did a great job greeting me and helping me with any questions. Mike Gottlieb is perfect as the General Manager he really cares about the Customer and if we're happy or not. Great Job Kia !!

If you're looking for an easy, seamless car buying experience this is the place to go. All I needed to do was pick it out and Joe Nugent handled the rest for me! I felt zero pressure the whole time and that makes a world of difference! The whole team made me feel welcomed and even offered small things like water and snacks! Thanks again Joe!!

My car has been towed to Kia dealership 3 times in the last 12 months. First was engine failure. Last 2 times the car just quits running and won't start. No one can figure out.the problem. Still making a monthly car payment and for a total of 4 or more months was unable to drive. Getting a little ridiculous. I keep getting told that they want to try this or that and some at my expense. Nothing seems to work. Just wish they would buy my car back so I can go get a good car. Frustrated Kia owner.

The buying experience we had with Mathews was good. Bill was helpful with the purchase process and setting up financing and DMV processing. The car arrived when it was supposed to and was ready for pickup.Having said that, every interaction for service has been less than satisfactory!!! Unfortunately this means I would not return to purchase subsequent vehicles. I have indeed made a 2 additional vehicle purchases since buying my KIA and I went out of town to look at the Kia and Subaru vehicles. Ultimately I bought Honda so I could have service done locally.An additional note: The request for a review came, stating that since we "purchased our vehicle last year"....it has been several years since we purchased our vehicle, so they are going back through old records trying to get reviews.

I have purchased two vehicles from Matthew's Kia. I leased a brand new Kia Soul in 2013. My experience was so positive that I bought out the lease in 2016 and retained the vehicle. Sadly, the vehicle was totaled in 2021. Dillon Affatato went to work finding me a used vehicle I could afford. I bought an amazing 2017 Kia Soul decked out with every imaginable bell and whistle. Recently, I had a terrifying experience while driving the 2017 Soul. The diagnostics screen began flashing on the dash, the engine light came on, and the vehicle would not go faster than 48 MPH. I sent the car in on a tow and was told it would take 7-10 days for someone to look at the vehicle. I received a call the day after the car arrived. The issue was a sensor, it was covered by warranty, and Gil, the service advisor, took the time to explain the issue, and recommend I consider purchasing tires in the near future. My car was ready the following day, as promised. These folks are terrific. I absolutely recommend them.

I came in today to get my oil changed and tires rotated. When I purchased the car (23 Forte Gt) back in September, (9/27/22) I purchased a Kia rewards package. Chris M. took it upon himself to show & explain to me what exactly I get with the rewards package and it how all works. It was very informative. Really impressed and he shows great customer service. I am more than happy and very satisfied with the service I get here and will continue coming here for any of my service needs.

This the 3rd vehicle I have acquired through Rob and it has been a pleasure doing business with him. He has always been very knowledgeable about the vehicles I’ve been looking to purchase and has always found the right vehicle to serve my needs. I’ve been buying or leasing at Matthews for the past 30 years and they have always served me well. I would not hesitate to recommend going to Matthews Auto Group to purchase a vehicle. I would also recommend that they dealt directly with Rob.

Excellent experience! Bill Allen was the salesman who helped me, and he was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all, he made sure that I was satisfied with the car that I chose. He answered all of my questions, and didn’t try and talk me into anything that I didn’t want. Everyone else who assisted with my purchase were also very nice, and made sure that all aspects of the sale were easy for me. I greatly appreciate the people at Mathew’s Kia!
