I bought a Honda Ridgeline truck, and I can’t say enough good things about my salesperson, Nolan Denton. My husband and I both thought he was very fair and not pushy. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent a lot of time patiently explaining all the little details about the features of the vehicle. I never felt rushed. He was great to deal with!

Wife went into service a few months ago for an oil change. They told her she needed new brakes or they were going to seize up. I just had her brakes done at another shop less than 15k miles ago. The next time they said her brakes are fine but they’re rusty and they need 220$ to take the rust off. Then my wife has an oil issue on her 2017 Santa Fe where it’s burning to my much engine oil, and from what I’m reading it’s a common issue with Santa Fe’s. They told me wife that she would need a new engine and that Hyundai would NOT cover. Their excuse was cause they don’t have record of getting an oil change there before 24k miles. This is a 2017 with 54k miles and Millers service department pretty much told my wife that it wasn’t their problem and to deal with Hyundai herself. After doing more research on this issue other customers have had this same issue with Hyundai where they have these engine issues due to burning too much oil and Hyundai blames the customer. The customer service my wife has received after the sale has been a down right travesty. I worked in sales and finance at multiple dealerships for close to ten years. The way they handled her care and didn’t help her at all was crazy to me. I would stay far away from this dealership and service department, especially if you’re a woman because they will try and take advantage of you. If you see a comment from Miller replying how they pride themselves on customer service and blah blah and reach out so they can help and blah blah. Just know that’s a smoke show too. They didn’t help nothing.

Actually very good. We have to go back to finish the nonessential work.9-20-2022 Just had them inspect, change oil & air filter, and replace broken glass in side mirror. We're very pleased with their work.
