Went in to get an oil change. Mike let me know that it could be a 2 hour wait as they were busy. I was able to have my daughter pick me up but she couldn't bring me back. That's when I meant Mr Norman. I was waiting for my daughter to pick me up so I went outside to sit on the bench. Mr. Norman was sitting there and we got to talking. He said he could pick me up and bring me back. This is a great service and Mr Norman is a nice guy. When I got back to get my car Mike Liddell went over my car information with me and I was on my way. When I got home I realized I left my water bottle by the bench. I called and Mike answered and went out and got my water bottle and put it at his desk for me to pick up the next day. Thanks for the great service. Penny Wheeland

There’s about 10 employees in the reception area yet no one help or even makes eye contact with you for at least ten + minutes. I wanted a simple oil change - they took my car and I wait for 50mins. Finally I asked about my car and they informed it hadn’t been started. I asked for my car to be pulled around so I could leave - they waited 15 -20 minutes before pulling my car around. I was there well over an hour and never got my oil change. You’re better off going anywhere else.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Honda Miller for a car service, and I must say, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the entire process. It seems they have no idea how to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect.Additionally, their lack of knowledge about the manufacturer's policies was quite concerning. On multiple occasions, I had to correct them about the coverage of my vehicle's warranty, as they were trying to charge me for services that should have been included. This blatant attempt to overcharge left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of my situation.If you're considering taking your vehicle to Miller Honda for service, I would strongly advise against it. Their poor customer service, lack of knowledge, and eagerness to overcharge is a recipe for a terrible experience. Miller Honda wanted $600 to fix my locking gas cap cover (would not unlock). It is either a $5 cable or the actuator. My debugging indicates just the cable. Have to remove the rear cargo panel, the 3rd row seats, in order to remove the side panel to get to the cable or actuator. They charged me $138 to diagnose the problem, which takes less than a minute (and another dealership in VA did for me for free when stuck trying to put gas in car coming home from vacation). Thank you Nelson Honda 2500 Greensboro Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112. Instead I took a hack saw blade, cut off plastic nub that locks the cover. Bought some magnets for $3 and now the cover stays shut and can easy be opened. Just left the magnets there. May have to apoxy then in the future. $3 instead of $600 and I still have a spare pair of magnets. Just one of 10 reasons I will never buy anything from this place ever. If I could I would give them zero stars and my middle finger.

Elderly lady goes in and buys a '23 Pilot, these folks wanted 3200 for an aftermarket warranty. She told them she would buy the Honda Care warranty from one of the dealers that sell online like Curry Honda or Hyannis Honda or Saccucci Honda who all sell the factory Honda Care warranties. 8 year 120k mile bumper to bumper for 1500.00 approx. This Miller Honda told her if she bought a Honda Care warranty from another dealer they would not honor it! wow!!! Honda Care is accepted at all Honda dealers. I have already emailed Honda to let them know the scare tactics and unethical behavior by this dealer.

Service department is absolutely fantastic! I've been to several other dealerships in the area, but this is the only place that I feel comfortable taking my car to. Everyone here is knowledgeable and informative, but most of all... HONEST. They're very transparent with what's wrong with your car. Service is quick and very reasonably priced. This is hands down my go to place!

Very friendly staff and very fast turnover time to receive the parts you need. A bit difficult to find the parts window but the staff was very helpful and got me there fast and easy.
