“I would like to say that the att store in vestal is my go to store because they have the most helpful staff and before i came down to this store i stopped over in the mall store where i was greeted by a female staff member that i had explained what was going on with my phone and she blew me off by stating there was nothing she could do in store but call *611 and ask for advanced tech support, which i did not need because i had already spent a while day talking to tech support about my phones issue and i couldnt bring my phone back home to say sos in my house when i have a cell phone booster tower in house to boost my signal so i went down to vestal and was met with a smile and warm atmosphere and helpful staff who offered to troubleshoot my phone or upgrade to a new one and i chose to upgrade my phone to a newer model and here at home i have a full set of signal bars on my new device thanks to cadence for the wonderful helpful experience and she is very good at helping others and she listens to the customer when they come in with a problem with their devices..
