The crew delivering the living room set were polite and courteous. If you purchase a brand new leather living room set, I recommend doing a thorough condition check. Ours arrived with a minor but noticeable 6" scratch in the seat cushion.

My 85 yo mother bought a stackable washer and dryer from Olum’s in August 2022. The unit has broken down at least six times so far. The one year warranty was extended for a second year which one would think was a nice gesture but truthfully all it did was continue the headaches of break downs and repairs. Dealing with the warranty reps and their required repair workers is an absolute nightmare. Both washer and dryer not functioning at this point. Broken down for weeks at this point. Nobody returns calls. They even required proof of purchase. Olum’s has washed their hands of the lousy appliances that are obviously lemons. Extending the warranty was just a ploy to avoid what should have been done which is free replacement. Like so many of the reviews, I can say my family has supported Olum’s for multiple generations. They have sadly turned into a company that doesn’t care which is especially tough on the elderly population that is so vulnerable. Thanks for ripping off my mom, you are what we all fear.

Ordering from them was very easy process. They didn’t have everything so they ordered it and it was in within a week and the delivery team was kind and courteous and set up everything exactly the way I wanted it and didn’t even have a problem when I changed my mind about something and moved it. I would definitely recommend them.

Olums was our first (and last)port of call for a new refrigerator. The salesman was honest and very well informed with a great sense of humor and before long we had purchased the perfect fridge.The delivery was spot on time with notifications all the way.The delivery crew were polite and the installation was seamless.

We walked in knowing what we were looking for in appliances, and Joe was very courteous and informative without being pushy. He gave us the ups and downs of several different washer/dryer combos, and helped us decide on the one we got. We had to order the center, which took about 2 weeks to come in, but Olum's delivery was fast and efficient. In the house in no time at all, even on this rainy/snowy day. Thank you so much for our new laundry center!
