When you call the number it has a local 607 number that you call but they redirect you to an indian call center. Shame on you!

Elizabeth with customer service is a wonderful example of how customer service should be carried out. Every visit she is always so pleasant and when help was need I couldn’t have found a better person. She is an amazing asset to the Vestal Sam’s club. Thank you ma’am , you make Sam’s such a wonderful place to shop.

I went looking for lamb chops. The meat manager ask me what I was looking for. He went and cut me some very nice lamb chops. I was very impressed. Thanks for a great customer service. Cudos !!!

You pay for membership but, they don't want to give you a physical membership card? They have boxes of them just sitting there , yet they want you to use the app instead?. Getting a card at the desk takes under 60 seconds yet the "karen" at the customer service desk wasted more time trying to convince me that I don't need a card "just use the app" then to just provide customer service.
Maybe some ppl don't like pointing your scanning guns at thier phones? Maybe it's easier to just take out your membership card along with your debit to scan at the register? Maybe some members may not have a phone? Yous take the money for membership fast enough but, wanna debate you if you ask for a physical membership card? What the....????
