I had a great experience with Matthew’s Nissan and, more specifically, my salesman Justin. He was on top of my lease and was always ready to answer my questions or concerns throughout the process. We test drove the car together and he was super knowledgeable about the car, which made my pickup easy and quick. One thing that really stood out to me was his honesty: he never came off as pushy or just trying to make a sale. He genuinely wanted me in a car I liked and could afford. I will definitely return to this dealership when my lease is up and continue to work with them because of how great Justin was. And I LOVE my new Nissan Rogue!!

OK, folks I may have had the best salesmen ever!!! Let me tell you I am a crazy old lady who has purchased more vehicles than you would ever believe. I always purchased a new one every 2 years--never had over 40,000 miles on any--AND I never had a salesman like Paul Whitfield!!! Absolutely the BEST---- Knowledgeable, polite, patient, good looking ( yes ,I can still notice )!!The sales manager was also very pleasant. Ask for Paul and tell your friends-you will not go wrong with this salesman!!! Thank you Paul.

Excellent experience. Came in for routine maintenance, and the technician went above and beyond fixing and issue I didn't know I had (massive mouse nests in the air intake). My truck runs so much better and everyone was so helpful, pleasant and fast. Super happy with my experience and glad I have a new go-to mechanic I can trust.

Went in to have indicator light checked, was told by representative he could find nothing wrong. Asked how long I had car, I said 6 months. He insisted I get an oil change as per Nissan's policy. The car had only 2,360 miles on it. He persisted and I finally gave in. An hour later he finally called me out to the checkout window and told me everything in the car was in great shape. Then handed me a bill for $72.85. Later that day I checked with a couple of service dealers, both said I was ripped off. Car did NOT need oil change. One quoted $53 for oil change with 5,000 plus miles guarantee. Won't go back to Matthews service center again. Joe S.

The care team at Matthew’s Nissan has always gone above and beyond for me since I purchased my vehicle. I usually have Tonya as my service provider, but all of the staff is kind and helpful. There have been incidents in which Tonya has done much more than expected of a service provider and I can’t thank her and Matthew’s enough.
