I have purchased all of our printers and most of our wireless keyboards here. HP may have lost me as an e-ink customer when my printer no longer connects to their server, but Staples got me going with a standard set of ink cartridges.

The sales associates are always very helpful and courteous. They always answer any tech questions that I have as well. Their printing services are TOP NOTCH too!! I would highly recommend this store to others in the 607 area.

Do yourself a favor and don't return your Amazon packages here. I've never once had this issue with UPS or Kohl's when returning Amazon packages. I returned a couple items and days later realized under my Amazon orders it said I never even dropped them off. I called and they said there's nothing they can do about it and that I would have to call Amazon. They told me they had run out of labels, so it may take longer than usual. Well, it's been more than 10 days since I returned the items and nothing has changed. I honestly can't remember if they handed me a receipt or not, so I have no proof of return with a tracking number or reference number other than I know the exact time and day I was there. Staples, if you have no labels available you probably shouldn't accept returns. I am now out $50 and it's been absolutely impossible dealing with Amazon on the matter.

Easy drop-off of empty ink cartridge and purchase of new. I would be more likely to stay in stored and buy something else if my receipt coupon was for something other than shipping or copying services.
