The delivery driver apparently can't read numbers on mailboxes and just delivers packages anywhere he or she sees fit. Delivered a mile up the road to a house no one has lived in for years and the house shows no one lived there

All calls are outsourced, customer service location is closed off to public. If you have anytime of problem with you shipping, you are SOL. Drivers are negligent.

Would give -100 stars if I could. My husband ordered a new birth certificate, which didn’t get delivered for 9 months. We moved 1 month into waiting and we couldn’t change any delivery details with UPS. The customer service center is open for one hour only and no longer open to the public. Not only were they rude and dismissive on the phone, but they DELIVERED MY HUSBAND’S LEGAL DOCS TO A STRANGER IN OUR OLD APARTMENT. They just ALLOWED some rando to SIGN the delivery without checking the name. I’m absolutely fuming. You’re TRASH UPS. Make this right.

I don't give them less stars because it won'tet me...the driver left a package outside my bar, and it was stolen!! Who does that?? The bar was open for business, there's even two doors before you go in, if he was tired,.or lacking vitamin D, he could have left it inside in between the doors at least, I'm sure imma get the automated official response after I post this. Try talking to somebody...good luck. Good job UPS!!

Driver left a note at my neighbors. Thankfully I have a nice neighbor.Only UPS driver to struggle delivering to my address, tried calling both location and number on slip and received no help.

Consistently fail to pickup my packages that I pay over 14 dollars to have picked up. The last package took two phone calls and over four days to get picked up. No reasons why or apologies for their terrible service. Avoiding them at all costs going forward.

My package said it was out for delivery on 3-8-23 it never showed up. I called and spoke to a person on 3-9-23 and they said it would be here in that day(never showed up) I called back again 2 times on 3-10-23 and both people said it wad gonna be at my house by 445 est. Never showed up so so no package and no clue where it is.

It's basically a warehouse and shipping facility. They're not set up for customers. It was a big hassle for both them and me. Have your package sent to the UPS store down the road instead.

The worst shipping company ever. I don't know why Best Buy has partnered with this company. Everytime I order something from Best Buy I have to go through delivery issues. Their automated telephone system is very inefficient. You can't go pass it and talk to a live agent. So disappointing.

Said it was delivered to porch and it never was on the porch. Don't the drivers know we're to go. Get a GPS. So I lost my package. Thanks to the driver.

Very friendly?, great customer service❣️ My street has been in repair for a few weeks?. When my package was to be delivered the driver couldn't get down my street. I had to have them hold the package. The driver didn't take the package off their truck or even didn't know. The service rep had to call around to find my package. Took a bit. But was able to find it. Thank you‼️

Due to issues getting my package from Germany this was more then TWO months of waiting. Driver never knocked on the door but left note outside porch door on the steps! UPS allowed me to stop by the facility after hours and pick it up. The woman that helped had no heads up on it but she was FANTASTIC!!!
