Witnessed an employee disrespect the manager in front of all customers and staff. So inappropriate and definitely not customer service. Experienced being told that wifi wouldn't be available at the JC store either as we needed to buy a phone and do transfer data that day but was told the band width of Internet was not working and no one on a Sunday could come to fix it.As a whole Verizon is going down hill.

I went into this Verizon was greeted right away. They heard what I wanted (which was to switch back to Verizon) I had to wait a bit of time, but nothing serious. I told them what I needed and that I had a business. They set me up with my account, and business internet with no issues. Jeremy and Jon were great!

Every time I come here I have a great experience, extremely helpful staff, and a friendly laid-back environment. Most recently I had issues with a couple of phones on my line. Brad and the manager moe, I think was his name, were beyond helpful in exploring my options. Even in a somewhat difficult situation, they were able to be patient and help me understand. I really appreciate it!

Honest guy in the Vestal Verizon store. At least he explained that ALL the phone contracts that involve being a new phone are ALL 36 months. Really sucks since mine was on a 2yr plan and now paid twice for the discount price. BUY THE PHONE OFF THE WALL AND PROTECTION PACKAGE -- ITS WAY CHEAPER.

Jonathan did a great job of quickly getting me online with a new Samsing S23 after my S7 died. I was in and put within an hour thanks to his quick work and cloud backup. Rather than using sales pressure, he offered options and tradeoffs that made sense. I was very pleased.

I was excited to know this was a corporate location. Andrew was extremely helpful. He helped me find what I was looking for and even made a great suggestion. I took his advice and left the store with all that I needed. Brad was also very helpful. Thanks for listening to my silliness and smiling with me. Friendly atmosphere.

4 reps were helping customers and one other customer was waiting to be helped when I got there. I waited 90 min before I got my chance. It took them 10 min to resolve my issue, but one of the questions I asked was answered incorrectly..which I found out from another company's rep. Guess who's not a Verizon customer anymore!!

Super friendly service. My salesman "brad" was great he explained everything very well, patient, friendly. Got my mom a new "smart" phone and she's a tough customer lol he helped her so much. Thanks Brad you rock! She's happy ?
