If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my wedding pictures to be put on a USB and one canvas. It was supposed to be ready the next day. I even called to see if they were ready and of course couldn't get a hold of anyone. Then I went there and was told "nobody showed up for work, nothing we can do". Um you could call or email me since you have both of those things. I got an email the next day saying it was ready, call again and wait on hold for an hour with no answer from the manager I demanded to speak with. Get there and my order is no canceled! Absolutely ridiculous.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I custom ordered canvas prints. They were delivered. 3 days later I called and spent 3 hours on hold trying to see why they have not been processed and ready for pickup. After getting transferred multiple times and then being left on hold I gave up. The next day spent another hour on hold with no answers. I then called corporate. They spent another hour on hold trying to get in contact with the store. They said this is a REOCCURRING ISSUE WITH VESTAL LOCATION. In the end this Walmart said they did not have it even though they signed for it! They blamed FedEx when a Walmart employee had signed for receiving them at that facility. Absolutely horrible experience and because it was a custom order print in the end all I could get was a full refund. I couldn't get it reshipped or a discount off and I do not have the birthday present that I order for family members 2 weeks ago

Iv'e been shopping here for many years and have spent thousands of dollars and have been relatively satisfied with the experience. However today when we shopped we had paper towels and bath tissue in the cart which weren't bagged due to the size; this was common since Iv'e been shopping there. We were stopped at the door and asked for our receipt to show that we had paid for them; needless to say I was not happy!! Apparently they thought that I was stealing them???? I was insulted to say the least!!! I understand that they want to control inventory loss but it wasn't like it was an expensive electronic, it was toilet paper in a cart full of bagged groceries!!!! I also had a gallon of milk that was leaking so the cashier scanned it through and I though asked someone to get another one for us. Once we started to load the groceries in the car I realized that we didn't have the milk so I went back in and spoke to the cashier that checked us out and she instructed me to go to the service counter because that's where they took it to because we had left the store. I went to the service desk and they said no it wasn't there and instructed me to go all the way in the back of the store and get another one, bring it back to them and they would bag it? Why should I have had to go back and get it when I already picked it up the first time! What an inconvenience! Furthermore, the store has definitely gone down hill; the shelves are always half empty, the selection is terrible and it's generally in disarray!! I won't be shopping this store ever again and if I could give it 0 stars I would!!

I come here regularly to do my shopping and I came in this one particular time to purchase a newly released video game at 12am. I went over to the electronics section to find an employee, to whom I said "Hey, can I have some assistance over at the video games?" since they require a key to be unlocked. The employee proceeds to add sarcasm and says "no, I can't help you." He continued on with his poor sarcasm and proceeded to assist me after I gave him a look. I hope the employees here understand that customer service isn't to be taken as a joke as you only slander your company image. I hope nobody has to deal with that particular employee whose name I forgot. (He seemed to work in electronics as far as I could tell)

I go to Walmart to buy meat it's cheaper then what we have around my area. Today I bought boneless skinless chicken breast, when I got home I went to split the breasts in half upon doing so I found a lot of bone in those breasts. I have two children if I didn't cut the chicken I would never of known. I'm very upset about this matter and I will never buy chicken from Walmart again I don't advise anyone to!!!!!

That dump don't even deserve one star! If you need one thing, they generally will have exactly one of them. And that one left has been returned, taped, stapled and then put back on the shelf. That store sucks ****! Just my opinion.

I returned to Walmart to find out why my credit was not on my bank statement. They did return two times equivalent to zero dollars. They said it would take 5-7 days to correct itself? What? If I had known this I would not have shopped there. I returned an item that did not work and to out the cash is aggravating. They did not offer any solutions. When I returned the item 15 of us stood in line while a guy walked up and returned his item butting ahead of all if us. The cashier should have said go to the end of the line!!! Most of the time my local Walmart in Vestal NY is wonderful. They could do better!! Wake up!

This is a typical Walmart. If you have to choose between the JC Walmart and the Vestal Walmart, go with the Vestal Walmart. It does what Walmart does best -- good value on everyday items. Always some of the lowest prices on a large selection of products. We almost always buy cereal, housecleaning supplies, and toiletries here. Couple of things that are not ideal (but also not unique to this Walmart) -- 1. The parking lot is a nightmare, 2. Theft is common in Walmart, so be sure to check your items. I once bought some Burt's Bees lip balm and got home to find that one of the packages was empty, 3. A lower level of cleanliness/orderliness compared to Target. It is sometimes a little smelly, the floors on occasion are visibly dirty, and the shelves are often in disarray. Shopping at Walmart is not what I would consider a really pleasant experience, but the value is good so we continue to shop there for the savings.

This place has gone down hill! We went on a normal Monday night (not after a holiday or college move in) and all the carts were in parking lot, and half the shelves were bare! It looked like they were going out of business! The return area was full of messy carts, worse than I've seen it the day after Christmas. The organization of the products was illogical. We wasted so much time looking for things. We do not plan to go back.

I bought a pack and play today. When I got home the product that was in the box was clearly not what it was supposed to be and was damaged. Looked chewed up by a pet. When I brought it back to the store they said they would not do anything because it's not the product on the box. A box they allowed to be on their shelves and sold to me. So this corporation just screwed me out of $102 that I worked hard for. Never shop here. They will steal your money with no remorse. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Crowded, malodorous, poor customer service and frankly many things are overpriced. It's a gimmick to bring in customers. There are far more options that offer better deals. Highly disappointed and regretful of buying online and having to return in store. I sum my visit as terrible and egregious. Some things will never change.
