Today I stopped with 3 propane tanks to be filled . I opened the tailgate of my truck looked around didn’t see anyone waited a few more minutes still no one was coming . I started walking to the retail center I could see the lady looking at me through the window. When I opened the door she was talking to a gentleman drinking coffee, She said he’ll be right out . Sure enough when someone came out it was the coffee drinking gentleman. I guess I must have interrupted his break ! What happened to customer service. Agway here we come . Maybe we won’t bother them .

Have had two large warners propane tanks sitting in my yard for months
Have notified them several times
They still haven’t picked them up
Nothing like the original owners, they took care of things
If they don’t want to pick them up they are welcome to sign them over to me so i can use them

I was told Warner's Gas was the place to go to fill my propane tank, and they weren't wrong. I stopped in front of the refill station, handed them my propane tank, walked in and paid for it, and walked out with my tank already filled. I spent less than 5 minutes there! Definitely going to come back in the future!

Terrible service. We paid for their overpriced propane (over $4/gal) 6 days ago, and have yet to receive a delivery. When I called to inquire about this, the customer service rep refused to even confirm that there had been a payment made or if the delivery was scheduled because my husband doesn't have anyone "approved" on our account. Ridiculous.

The gentleman that waited me didn't want to be bothered. I bought the grille from there. He said there going out of the grille business. They still should help customers who have grilles.

Worst people ever. My youngest child is 9 month old. Paid over $700 to pay my bill and try to get a delivery since we are out. Was told it would be another $500 for an emergency delivery. Didn't have that we did pay for 100 gallons was told it wold be when ever they had someone out here. I have seen 3 trunks on Saturday and 1 on Friday by my home yet they still havent deliverd any propane. Warners is the worst propane company. So if your not stuck with these people like I am and have children I highly suggest a more family oriented company.

Called to get a simple price on a grill tank refill and tank recertification. the operator said I must go to the store for a quote? Not the same since being sold.. I'll pass and go someplace else from now on

I've been very pleased with Warner's since we have been a customer for the past two years.I was shopping around for prices today since prices have really gone up. I called a few other providers before calling Warner's and when I called they were willing to provide a one-time delivery matching the lowest price of their competitors. Great service!
