I was told Warner's Gas was the place to go to fill my propane tank, and they weren't wrong. I stopped in front of the refill station, handed them my propane tank, walked in and paid for it, and walked out with my tank already filled. I spent less than 5 minutes there! Definitely going to come back in the future!

Terrible service. We paid for their overpriced propane (over $4/gal) 6 days ago, and have yet to receive a delivery. When I called to inquire about this, the customer service rep refused to even confirm that there had been a payment made or if the delivery was scheduled because my husband doesn't have anyone "approved" on our account. Ridiculous.

The gentleman that waited me didn't want to be bothered. I bought the grille from there. He said there going out of the grille business. They still should help customers who have grilles.

Worst people ever. My youngest child is 9 month old. Paid over $700 to pay my bill and try to get a delivery since we are out. Was told it would be another $500 for an emergency delivery. Didn't have that we did pay for 100 gallons was told it wold be when ever they had someone out here. I have seen 3 trunks on Saturday and 1 on Friday by my home yet they still havent deliverd any propane. Warners is the worst propane company. So if your not stuck with these people like I am and have children I highly suggest a more family oriented company.

Called to get a simple price on a grill tank refill and tank recertification. the operator said I must go to the store for a quote? Not the same since being sold.. I'll pass and go someplace else from now on

I've been very pleased with Warner's since we have been a customer for the past two years.I was shopping around for prices today since prices have really gone up. I called a few other providers before calling Warner's and when I called they were willing to provide a one-time delivery matching the lowest price of their competitors. Great service!

It appears per the string of recent yelp reviews that Warners Gas is no longer a small local business with any stake in community service. Apparently, per my experience, they can no longer even be contacted about or assume any responsibility for 'Warners Gas' business transactions. So then, again apparently, they are a local family that sold out their business, past reputation and name to a large faceless profit only oriented zombie-like company to essentially become employees of the same. I am adding my 1-star review here to help offset the 2000+ 5-star reviews Warners/Superior seems to get from what (just might be -?) a dubious connection to paid review services. In my case per a phone call on 1/31/2022 (initiated at 12:22pm - and finally resulting in contact with a specialist at ~2:40pm), I was eventually informed that the $5.699/gal billed rate of my 1/20/2022 propane delivery (57.4gal) would be decreased to $36299/gal. I was disconnected during that phone session and again on a subsequent attempt to return and confirm the decrease and ask about future pricing to my account. So, I will pay the $36299/gal and the Hazmat fee and figure that's the best I can do in 2 1/2 hrs. I had explained that I was never informed of any change to my billing rate nor was I informed that my tank status checking would be discontinued. I was not called back, by a specialist to seek a remedy to the situation, as I was told I would be, within an hour, on my initial call. I had to initialize another attempt to get a 'contact' to speak to a specialist, I made my case for an immediate 'transfer' to the specialist and was connected. The 'specialist' summarily, in an angry, condescending tone, rudely informed me that I was essentially a 'low usage, throwaway customer' and presumably that I should have known the rules for my account had changed after 18 years, despite the very same usage profile and no communication of any kind from anyone. So, this says what I want to say about Superior/ Warners) business practice and customer service. I always pay my way - I only want to fairly and decently told what the rules are..

I have been a loyal customer of Warners for over 23 years since the new company took over they price gouge you...beware! They delivered fuel oil in December and charged me $5.24 per gallon. I called another local fuel oil delivery company and their price was $3.23 per gallon. I called Warners/Superior and they did give me a credit back to match the other price but I should not have to do that. It ended up being over a $300 difference. I should have switched as soon as the new company took over because now I feel like I have been being overcharged for years. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of loyal customers hoping that they would not check around and thinking they can overcharge you by an enormous amount! Not to mention when you call you get to talk to someone that is not local, wait on hold forever and the customer service is terrible! You are just an account number to them, they do not care at all about customers.

As a client of Warner Gas for 6 years, I have been satisfied with the service. While there were a few hiccups along the way, I have felt that Warner Gas (now Superior Energy) has been more attentive and supportive to our needs.

The company goes above and beyond to provide great service. I have been with them over 5 years and have never had a problem. Staff that handles billing is polite and nice to work with.
