Open only when they feel like it. Have attempted to p/u meds 3 times in the last 10 days and arrived to a closed pharmacy. Keep changing hours day by day and not notifying anyone of it. You have to make the wasted trip to find out when they will be open and read the signs posted there. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

Incompetent and rude. The pharmacist lost all records of my vaccination shots, which we needed to travel. It wasn't only the mistake, but her refusal even to acknowledge it. She said I was never there, that she was not in the pharmacy then, and that they did not give "any" shots on that day, even though I have an SMS message and an email showing the appointment on that date. So they give appointments on days when the pharmacist is absent and they're not giving shots? It doesn't make sense. I have no reason to lie about this, and if she at least admitted to her mistake, then I would have let it go. I return, she offered to give me booster shot for free, which was useless. The manager was not more helpful. They kept doubting everything I said, as if I had vendetta with them.
