My husband and I were shopping for another TV, monitor for his laptop and a laptop for me. We were helped by Ben, a sales representative, and he showed us a television we never thought or considered purchasing, he showed me the perfect laptop for my needs and showed us a monitor for my husband. He spent a couple of hours with us explaining everything in detail. He was patient and knowledgeable regarding everything. This is the reason we shop at Best Buy...the staff makes it easy and they know their stuff!

Was asked if I needed help right away and said yes and what I was looking for. I wish they had walked over to the area with me instead of just pointing to where I should go because I couldn’t find the item I needed and then when I went back up front to find someone there was no one except the checkout guy at the counter. I looked for someone and the item for 15 minutes until finally I got some help

I have been here a total of four times since moving to the area and all four times they have been less than willing to offer quality service. Very off-putting and unprofessional. If you are going to just get parts with no customer service help, then this store is fine.

Had an impressively human (empathetic, authentic, helpful) interaction with the store host Eric (suggest you increase his pay significantly; his abilities are wildly valuable). This is what interactions for stores like this should be modeled after.Of course this is just one interaction, but this single interaction made me more likely to consider BestBuy more seriously in the future.

I always find the staff to be helpful. For instance, they volunteer information that might be helpful for one to know, rather than withholding information unless you ask the right questions.
