Scott and Connor stopped gave me an estimate and Connor did the work the next day, looking at the repair at different angles and different light I could not tell where the damaged areas where. We had a particularly complex issue concering the repairs that needed to be done on our car that involved a lot of details. Not only did Amy (Front Desk) navigate us through these difficulties, but she also made sure that things were done in order to provide us with the most prompt repair and return of our vehicle. “In 45 minutes I was able to identify and negotiate a deal. And the sales consultant offered me to take the car for a weekend testing drive. On my return from test driving the car, I was able to sign the final deal. The sales consultant Ed Mello took the time to demonstrate the many new features of a new car. Further, introduced me to Joe Sproule who showed me more features and their functions in detail. They were courteous and professional.”

“RF Collision is a business that understands customer service! When I called to inquire about doing the body work I was met with a very friendly person on the phone and was told that I could come in anytime for an in person estimate, no appointment necessary.When I arrived at the shop, I was surprised to enter a very pleasant, and clean reception area. I was greeted kindly and almost immediately the shop manager went out to inspect my car. She then apologized that she wouldn't be able to get it in any sooner than next week. All the other body shops I talked to were booking out at least 3 weeks. So needless to say, there was no need for an apology!The work itself was delayed slightly, but that was wholly due to manufacturers parts delay. And when the delay occurred, they went the extra mile to make sure that I was being taken care of.When I picked up my car I was more than happy with the work they had done. I argue that you cannot tell that any body work had been done at all, let alone replacing most of the exterior components on the front corner.Now to top it all off, a few weeks later a slight concern rose. I went into the shop and there wasn't even a moments hesitation. The immediate response was "we'll take care of that for you".I'm beyond happy with their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service.RF Collision has a new life long customer!”

I brought my car to Scott’s and was beyond pleased with the results. If you want your vehicle repaired better than new, bring it to Scott’s. It’s not the biggest, fanciest shop, but Scott’s work is the best, without a doubt.”

Took longer than antispated, but that was mostly due to two additional supplement approvals needed from insurance. Also, car was returned needing washer fluid. But I'd recommend and use them again.”
