“I brought in my 1986 Nissan 300ZX Turbo with 52,000 miles. The team—Drew, Mindy, Alex, and Emily—was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right—quickly and at a fair price. I had a complete suspension overhaul (as the OEM electronic shock-adjustable system was no longer available), a complete brake overhaul including calipers, rotors, and pads. They also performed a complete 50,000-mile fluid change—differential, transmission, lube, oil, and filter. I was thoroughly impressed by their clear communication and honesty throughout the process. Not only was the work top-notch, but I’m very pleased with the outcome—my vehicle runs like new! I’ve had the car for 39 years, and it drove like the day I bought it. I have several more vehicles I’m planning on bringing in for their repair. And a special shout-out to Drew—he was genuinely outstanding to work with!”

“While heading home from work I accidentally drove over a pothole and punctured a tire. I limped my way to Monroe Muffler unexpectedly. Frank at Monroe was extremely helpful by immediately checking the tire and checked availability of a replacement tire. He informed me he can replace the tire the next day. I was delighted by the offer and left my vehicle there. Picked it up the next day as promised by Frank. Thank you Frank for your friendly service.”

“We were involved in a MVA while on vacation. Our car had to be towed. Max from MTM was very professional, very kind. Max put our minds at ease and we felt confident our car was in good hands. Max went out of his way to help get us situated into a rental car. He knew we were overwhelmed and took over helping us even when it was not his responsibility. The body work and repainting of our car was completed at MTM. It turned out perfect. Communication through the process was outstanding. I highly recommend this business. The accident occurred on our second day of a two week vacation. As you can imagine it would be upsetting. Thank you Max for making a bad situation turn out as best as possible. Living in Michigan and dealing with car repairs out of state could have been a very stressful situation. Thank you for taking that stress away.”
