“I was an hour away from home with my 4.5 year old when my exhaust pipe decided it had enough. I called and explained the situation, and the told to absolutely come on in as an emergency need. I get there, and the woman at the desk (I think her name is Elizabeth??) saw me come in, child in tow, all disheveled. She was so kind and empathetic- she told me to take a minute and breath, and there were waters in the fridge in the waiting room. She was also so kind to my son, which means the world to me. Not once did I ever feel like I was an inconvenience! They were all so kind, sympathetic and empathetic towards me and this freak situation. I ultimately did not get my exhaust repaired (the whole thing fell off as they brought my car into the bay 🤦🏼♀), but they gave me estimates and pictures of where the exhaust detached. If I could give this shop, the owner, and the staff all 10⭐s, I so would! Thank you all so much for being so amazing!”
“My son’s used car that we just bought a little over a month ago had the check engine light come on and I called to get it in to be looked at. I was very upset on the phone and Mike made me feel so much better. To just bring it in and don’t think the worst before we know. I’m a single mom and the mechanic I originally brought it too said it could be so many things so I got super upset but Mike made me feel so much better. “We were involved in a MVA while on vacation. Our car had to be towed. Max from MTM was very professional, very kind. Max put our minds at ease and we felt confident our car was in good hands. Max went out of his way to help get us situated into a rental car. He knew we were overwhelmed and took over helping us even when it was not his responsibility. The body work and repainting of our car was completed at MTM. It turned out perfect. Communication through the process was outstanding. I highly recommend this business. The accident occurred on our second day of a two week vacation. As you can imagine it would be upsetting. Thank you Max for making a bad situation turn out as best as possible.
