I purchased a lp water tank, got it in basement and opened - to discover it was nat. pulled it out and returned it, they apologized and replaced it -- this time i checked before moving it from there store and - yup another nat. gas. They acquired the correct one from another store and delivered it to house what was nice was no one got miffed or upset --- had this been lowes i doubt it would have gone so smoothly -- back a while i was doing bus with them they delivered a dented refer - had a lot of issues on return -- these guys know when you come in that there will be questions and they ans or find the ans - they know they are often dealing with amateurs such as myself but never have they ever acted superior or worse given ans just to hear themselves talk”
