I got a flat tire and I had no one to help me from all the drivers going in to Mobil and the staff is very rude and don’t care go figure look .i had to go to another company to get help u- huaul moving storage help me so much.100 percentAlso thank god for Salvation Army thank you

Do not let these people get away with not coming out to check in the rental. Because if you do you are going to get a cleaning charge. This is a scam they are running make them get off there ass and come out to check in the rental. I will never do Business with u-haul again. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Went in to get a quote on a trailer to transport golf cart. Guy behind glass partition was on phone so I walked out back to look at inventory. When I come back through store door, he starts berating me about how I drove my car around entire lot then parked illegally in open lot. Which he was wrong. I pulled up to look at first trailers I saw in front of store. I let that go, and told him what I needed and I'd prefer a dual axle trailer. He said impossible, didn't offer to search another dealer. Then I asked what would be estimated cost. His response was, he had no idea and would have to input in computer to get quote. So I waited a few seconds, thinking he would do that. But no, so I walked away. No idea if guy was owner or employee but either way I'd never go back there again for even a small box. Trailers were all beat up wrecks also, doubt any of them would make it to Florida.

Great retail people, well run operation. In and out without a lot of waiting. I've rented moving vans and trailers. Always in great shape and convenient options for pick up and drop off.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rented truck in Detroit and gas tank was below empty, was given a $36 credit and asked to return at 1/4 tank. I returned truck at Victor location at 1/4 tank. Service attendant said they were closing so they'd check truck in in the morning. In the morning I got an invoice where they took back the $36 credit and said I returned truck at 1/8 tank. Shannon Connelly the general manager refused to reissue credit and said she was fine losing a customer over it. Congrats U-haul, you got my $400, twice, for two one way moves this year but I'll go to Ryder or Penske in the future. Pathetic customer s

Dirty toilet in the bathroom. VERY POOR Quality and Overall Bad workers. They didn't know how to set the alarm right. They were dumb and rude too. Took up all the space in storage unit area for a "class" to happen, because it was "too cold" out to do it anywhere else. It was a warm day. Dumb & bad operator on the phone I called due to alarm going off b/c alarm wasn't set right. She was no help. I had to talk slowly for her to even understand what was happening. She didn't have any solution, and it took her 10 minutes to even think of the idea of calling the alarm room to ask them what to do, only to come back to tell me she didn't know what I could do. Storage is Too expensive. Overall bad. Wish I could give negative stars to get their rating down!

I was very disappointed with my service today. First, I reserved 3 packs of furniture pads two weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was told that there were none available. However, after 20 minutes I saw that another customer was given two packs, after which, the person that was "helping" me told me I could take the remaining one. Additionally, I asked the worker's advice on which padlock to purchase to lock the truck I rented from him. He recommended one and claimed "it is our most popular style." Twelve hours later, when I needed to lock my truck, I found that the padlock does not fit and now it is too late to purchase another one. Would recommend going to a different U-Haul location. Very disappointed

Horrible service. They told me I could have the truck at 10am, as it says in my confirmation email, but when I showed up at 10 to pick it up they said it wouldn't be ready until 11:30. Great. So I come back at 11:30, but then stand around waiting for a full 30 minutes before someone even acknowledges me. Now it's noon, and I'm 2 hours behind schedule. The manager Sam copped an attitude with me when I explained that I needed the truck later than 2pm, since that was the original drop off time when I supposed to get the truck at 10. When I returned the truck, the same manager was on a personal call, eating pizza, and ignoring me yet again. Will never use Uhaul ever again. There are plenty of other truck rental places that treat their customers better than this.

Went on a Sunday, had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Got the papers signed they pulled the truck around and helped other customers. I walked around the vehicle checked gas and milage, the gas gauge was supposed to be at 9/16 of a tank it was at 7/16. Walked back in to let someone know, all the employees are helping other customers, had people waiting on me/truck. So, i left. Finished using the truck brought it back and let employee know about gas situation. I was told there is nothing they can do about it. I had to spend an extra $8.50 to fill the truck where it was suppose to be at, i am just wonder how many customers they pull this with.

The worst company to rent trucks from you pay a daily rate yet they want to know ho many hours you will be using the truck so they can try to rent it again to get double the profit. I made 4 separate reservations and all four times they didn't have the equipment as promised. I then proceeded to call the "president". Of the company left a message and no return phone call! Stay away from u haul and all of their scandalous ways!

I had no issues with the truck. My problem was the customer service issues Manager Shawn and his associate showed while we were getting AND bringing back equipment. I rent approx 3-5 uhauls a month for business so I deal with uhaul a lot. This particular uhaul I found all staff rude in one way or another. Manager Shawn was arguing with a customer when I walked in to rent truck. Insisting over and over customer was wrong. Customer was treated horrible. Shawn proceeded to check out my truck and handed me the checkout forms and said to go do it. I thought it was because I deal with uhaul so much but I realized they handed all the customers the forms and have them do damage checks on their own. 3 customers were in parking lot complaining about doing it. NEVER have I personally had to check out and bring them the forms while they sat at the desk. When I brought my form in, Shawn was arguing with a different customer, how they were wrong about something regarding their rental. Then when I got back to return the truck, Shawn was outside with a customer and a girl employee was helping a woman with boxes. The woman asked for help loading. At that point the girl walked outside and checked my truck in. Never talked to the woman again. She came back in and ignored her. The lady proceeded to load her stuff and off she went. Very unprofessional staff. Will not rent from here again.

I had the customer experience from hell at this location. Bought a trailer hitch for my van, got home, the hitch did not fit, brought it back, they claimed I bent it. The hitch is 1/4 inch steel! When I bought it, the hitch was set on my front seat , lower end on the carpeted floor. Not sure how it bent from being placed on a seat. They would not exchange or take it back. They were rude and need to take some business classes. I ended up asking a friend with a machine shop to bend it so it was wide enough to fit the car frame. Run, run from this place!
