The ice rink and team that run it is amazing. So glad we got the pass with rental skates. I'm really impressed with the teams customer service. I also appreciate the bathroom being accessible in skates!

Let me start by saying I’m not one to leave reviews, as I realize people can have bad days. I have also worked many retail jobs, and I know how thankless it can be. (And my fiancé is a retail manager, so I understand the stresses this year with staffing issues.) However the experience I had with Andrew this evening was so appalling, I almost asked for a manager - something I have never done. The only reason I didn’t was because I didn’t want to be “that” person and holding up an already long line during holiday season. To start with, I am partially deaf, which he wouldn’t know, so I understand this first bit. I was second in line and apparently he said I can help who is next. But being deaf in one ear and partially in the other, I didn’t hear him the first time, so he had to shout so I could hear. As I started to walk over he was shaking his head, muttering, and rolling his eyes. He then started to scan my items, and two of the Patagonia hats I brought up did not have a tag on them. (I didn’t see tags on any of them, for what it’s worth). I asked what he would like me to do (should I go take a photo? Look it up online? Is he going to call someone?) and he muttered sarcastically: “what would you like me to do?” I then said “Excuse me?” And he said under his breath sarcastically “excuse me” (think a 12 year old being a brat - as sarcastic of a tone as you could imagine.) He again said “they don’t have tags”. I said, “Okay, I’m sorry, I don’t work here, what would you like me to do?” He then shook his head, muttering something, and rolled his eyes saying I can’t purchase them. I said, “I’m sorry, you’re giving me a lot of attitude right now, and I’m not sure why. You work here, and I don’t.” He then rolled his eyes again, muttered something I couldn’t make out but ended with “giviving attitude” sarcastically, so I assume he was repeating me. I said I would like to purchase them, and told him what I thought the price was based on the display. (FWIW one item I was correct, the other I was $10 over, it was $39 and I thought $49.) He kept rolling his eyes and shaking his head, saying it was ridiculous. He finally looked up the items in less than two minutes and found the pricing. I guess it was possible after all! (Sarcasm, of course it’s possible. And it was $39 and $49, I told him I thought both were $49.)I then had to ask for my receipt as he wasn’t going to give it to me, and it’s a good thing since he forgot to take off the security devices. Had I not insisted, there wouldn’t have been a receipt for me to show that I had purchased these $573 worth of merchandise. I would assume someone more helpful than him could probably have looked it up using my card info had I not had it? But I’m not sure. Maybe he should have spent less time talking back and showing how much he hates his job, and more time actually checking over the items. I’m hoping he just had a bad day, but as I was waiting at the front of the store for my cousin who was also checking out (different cashier, who was super nice, she went on and on about how nice he was. I didn’t get his name, but I think he had curly hair if I recall?) I heard him doing the same to the people behind me. If I behaved that way in any job I have ever worked, I would have been fired on the spot. I thought maybe I was going crazy until my cousin came and said she overheard everything and couldn’t believe how rude he was. The way he was talking back in that tone, and again - I’m completely deaf in one ear, only 60% in my other, so for me to hear him clearly, he had to be being intentionally loud, - rolling his eyes, and being insulting, even AFTER I said I felt like he was giving me a lot of attitude, was unacceptable. If he was having a bad day, that would have been where you stop, evaluate, and say, “I’m sorry, it’s been very stressful today”, and get your attitude in check. Not keep it going even harder.

Love this place, I could work there, but I'd spend my whole check every week at the store.

Too big and they never have my size sneakers. I do purchase sneakers from their website when they're on sale. The brick and morter visit is just not pleasant anywhere now a days. Saves gas and time to shop from home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there to look at golf shorts. Had a question if there were any sales as black Friday is coming up. The lady, Helena, that was working, we asked if there were any sales. She started with an attitude from the start of our conversation. Then continued to yell at us to look at the signs and that deals online are different from in store. We understood that just making sure we weren't missing a deal. She said well that's the price of the apparel and was just yelling at us when we didn't even raise our voice at her. Needless to say we left and won't be returning to this store anytime soon for our products. This is why people shop online and not in store.

I need some new Nike footwear today and the store did not have my size but Jarryd, who is outstanding, ordered it for me online and I will have it in two days. Jarryd saved the day!

The fishing section is 1/64 of the store extremely disappointed it seems like they forgot fishing is a sport and what happened to the hunting equipment I get they aren’t selling guns because it’s in the oakdale mall but the least they can do is sell camo and hunting blinds range finders and scopes and ammo I expected more

Had a great experience in the golf department yesterday with Tim. As a beginner golfer, it can be intimidating buying new clubs, but Tim made the process a lot easier. I went in looking for a new driver and putter, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Tim was friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of my budget! I am very happy with my purchase.

Good golf selection, however lessons are overpriced for not being with a PGA pro and especially only for half an hour. Can rent sims to use though which are fun.

The footwear selection is good. Size selection is awful. We stop once a year in hopes of a miracle. Will probably stop trying. How hard is it have more than 1 size 9 soccer cleats?

Wonderful selections and products, but customer service has definitely declined over the last few months, since they’ve opened up. Even with significant staff, most are wandering around and on their phones not paying attention.

They have a great selection of items. A nice open area and a turf field that is available at times for open play and other planned activites.

Excellent selection of goods. Would like to see a better selection of higher end bikes. The field open play was really fun and inviting. Really enjoyed the PGA event.
