They have a large variety but don't cary many wides. I'm sure you can get it online if you find a style you like. I was in a time crunch and couldn't wait. Nice staff there though.

Not one pair of winter boots for our son!?! They said they "haven't put everything out yet"...yeah ok, but there's an entire store full of girls footwear!! Whatever. Very disappointed. This store was me and my son's 4th stop in Victor, tonight, just trying to find him a nice coat and boots...NOTHING ?

The last few times I've been, the line has been short, but took way too long. Most recently, I knew what sandals I needed, and where to grab them, did so and promptly went to check out. I was in a rush, the 2 people in line in front of me had pick up orders that weren't taken care of. (The woman ahead of me complained that the music was too loud and then went on to tell me the last time she had ordered online with them, she ended up having to pick up her shoes from the floor stock herself anyway.) I stood 2nd in line for exactly 15 minutes. When the lady ahead of me was called, and it was clear that her problem would be another 15 minutes of waiting for me, I ended up dropping the boxes on the counter and telling them I couldn't wait any longer. I had to be at a part, scheduled my stop to be 10 minutes max, in case the line was long, (imagine that!) I ended up being exactly 5 minutes late, which added to my annoyance. I don't understand why no one stopped to help take care of the 2 items I had. It will be a while before I shop there again, customer service needs its own spot, so people trying to purchase and leave, can do so.
