Eastview Mall is the iconic mall of the Finger Lakes region, considered the best upscale retail mall offering a premium shopping experience. It is a large, nice mall with a clean, bright, and airy atmosphere. It features all the national names and a wide variety of high-end stores not found elsewhere, with lots of store fronts and always new shops coming. The mall provides plenty of food options in the courtyard and food court, though the food court needs increased variety. New tenants like the Capital One Cafe generate excitement. The mall is praised for its accessibility, being easier for someone with mobility issues to get around or find places to rest, and it offers amenities like charging stations. However, navigating its large layout can be challenging, akin to looking for the minotaur when trying to find bathrooms or changing stations, and store fronts are constantly changing so it is wise to check if a store is still there. It is a very busy mall that draws visitors from afar who feel much safer there and find it worth the drive. Guests thoroughly enjoy its many stores and do not regret stopping.
I drive all the way from Skaneateles for this mall, it’s worth it! I feel much safer at Eastview, and I like the stores and accessibility at this mall a lot more than other shopping centers. It’s easier for someone with mobility issues to get around or find places to rest here.

Best up scale retail mall. Always new shops coming. Food court needs increased variety. Excited to hear Capitol One Cafe will be a new tenant.
