Lauren at the Eastview Mall Eddie Bauer was a huge help to me as I prepared for a 14 day cruise in Norway. I bought several adventure pants, raincoat and 2 cross body bags. All my purchases were perfect and used every day. Thank you, Lauren!

I have bought a lot of stuff from EB over the years. This past Xmas I gifted various hats appropriate for Western NY winters to my whole family. They were all great hats and the fam was grateful. I just bought a corduroy shirt for myself that fit so well that I bought 2 more colors. Really nice comfy shirts. I also bought a flannel shirt in the same nominal size but it is way too big so I'm returning it. Overall the quality of EB clothes is fantastic and if you wait for a sale, the price is reasonable. I will continue to be a good customer.

Above average quality, comfortable clothing at a very reasonable price. The manager at this store goes out of her way for the customer. If you find something to purchase, and your correct size is not in stock, the manager will gladly order it in your size and have it shipped to you at no additional cost. I have owned Eddie Bauer clothing for many years. They are one of the few clothing brands that will look as good as new after several washes, and remain nice looking for several years.

Honestly I once loved shopping here but it's turning into one of those stores where the employees are becoming annoying with the constant questions of can I help you. Example I was in the store for maybe 5mins and heard the same question 3 times by one employee and once from the other(which didn't bother me). Listen when I walk into a place and say I'm just looking around, I don't want you to ask me *can I help you*; if I need your help I will find you. This is why I shop online for most places nowadays, i just want to shop unbothered.

Quality of their products has sharply declined in recent years. Bought multiple pairs of the Guide pants and each one was defective at purchase or ripped within a month if it wasn’t. Not exactly “rugged outdoor gear”. Their boots are an absolute joke. This is the store to go to if you want to pay a premium price for Walmart-quality gear.

So I didn't even buy anything but a lady that was in there working made my experience amazing! She was so kind and was the ideal employee! She saw me carrying a motorcycle helmet so she was asking me all sorts of questions about riding and telling me about her experiences with motorcycles! Great woman and employee I wish I caught her name!

The entire store is luxurious with a 50% discount and now that the snow is approaching we have to take advantage of the discounts, since they are very good clothes and very warm.

dishes. A good quality of clothing, but I recommend searching online before purchasing.
I tried on a jacket that I wanted to buy because it was 40% off, and I looked online and it was $100 cheaper.
