From start to finish these guys were so helpful to me!! I had 25 boxes to send....they did not have the correct size box I needed so offered to cut them down for me- Which they did. Clearly I misunderstood and packed them incorrectly. They untaped and repackaged all 25 boxes for me. Vinnie and Cody were such a huge help to an already frustrating day and I truly appreciate their customer service .!!!!

They shipped my package to my home town from Kentucky then shipped it to Louisiana. When I tried to talk to a human the phone system would not allow you to no matter what button I chose. I ended up telling the computer to %&& off and I would have to go and be an ×>=< hole in person to the poor employees. Great customer service....NOT. NEVER shipping anything with them after this. Ridiculous.

Vinny saved the day on Saturday!!!! He was super busy, working alone and managed to help with printing dilemmas where all other local printing places failed- all while maintaining a positive and accommodating attitude! 10 stars for Vinny, thank you!!!!!

I’m not using Fedex ever again. Need to ship an item that was fairly large so I needed to purchase their 28x28x28 box that they sell in this store. Prior to venturing to the store I printed off the label based on the weight of the item I was shipping (Quoted for $27). I packaged the item and successfully shipped the item. The following week I get an email from Fedex titled “Shipment Rate Change” and they were now making me pay $400 for the shipment due to the size. I get on the phone with Fedex and basically tell me due to the size of the box, the weight doesn’t matter, the dimensions of the box put me into the “oversized category” and a whole bunch of glorious extra charges came along with that. So back to this Fedex location, maybe the employees if they want to keep customers around, will inform people buying the 28x28x28 box that they will expect to be bankrupt after shipping a package this size.

The only print shop I use! As a wedding planner and owner of Verve Event Co., I often have printing needs for my business and clients. I’ve worked with Joe and Cody, the owner, mostly. Both have excellent customer service. They always go above and beyond to meet my needs and are far better than their competitors in terms of quality and customer service. Cody often advises me on the best and most economical way to accomplish what I’m trying to do, which I always appreciate.

The customer service is always fantastic here.After getting very bad customer service at the Staples in Victor I came here and it was night and day.They were eager to help and go the extra mile.If you need prints/copies/etc made, I definitely would choose them over Staples any day.Great service with a smile! Thank you guys for being awesome!

Absolutely a lousy store there service is phenomenally slow it’s like a retirement community in that place. I had to look twice to make sure that it said FedEx side of the building If FedEx was a slow as these people your products would never get to wear they needed to be .

Never had an issue shipping with them. I usually drop off around 10 boxes a week and they make it a fast and pleasant experience

Very friendly gentleman at the counter. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Prices comparable to other shipping services so I'll probably use them again since they're in the neighborhood.

As I entered the store and I was immediately asked by a gentleman if he could be of assistance. I asked if I could fax a document. He obliged and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Very personable.

Stopped into this location yesterday to drop off a pre-paid/pre-labeled box for shipment. As I walked into the store the gentleman working there noticed the box I had re-used wasn't fully taped up on the bottom. He kindly notified me, and I expected the next thing he said to be "We'll happily sell you this roll of tape to rectify it for $3.99". Instead, he got out his own tape, and kindly taped up the box appropriately for me to help ensure it reached the recipient in one piece. A small gesture that I imagine he's done before, but one that was very much noticed and appreciated by this customer. Very thankful!

Always get hassled or try to sell you supplies they say you need, to the point of refusing packages. Taking my packages elsewhere.
