***IMPORTANT ALL PARENTS PLESE READ*** My 5 year old daughter was sexually assaulted at this Fishers Run KinderCare. During the summer of 2023, one of the male students in her Pre-K class was caught in the act by the teacher with his hands on my daughter's private parts. When we asked my daughter later how long this had been happening, she replied "All the days." Every single DAY!? "Yes", she said. He would lure her into a nook of the room that was just out of site of the teachers (who typically at the end of the day were usually sitting at the tables across the room and couldn't see that area even though they are supposed to be able to have sight lines on their kids at all times), he would have her take her pants down, and he would sexually assault her in whatever way he wanted. He even took it a step further to tell her if she didn't participate he would tell the teacher she wasn't playing with him and she'd get in trouble. An absolutely terrifying level of manipulation for a 5 year old boy to have. This is the last thing any parent ever wants to happen to their child, and the way that KinderCare Fishers Run handled it was absolutely appalling. First, they allowed the accused to continue to attend the school for another 6 weeks until he aged out. Yes this is correct, they let a child who was physically CAUGHT IN THE ACT of sexually abusing another child STAY IN THE SCHOOL WITH NO CONSEQUENCE. We immediately pulled my traumatized daughter out of school because we are firm believers that a daycare's number one priority is to provide a safe environment/care for ALL THE CHILDREN. Now we have to make our own arrangements for childcare on the fly while the accused got to just show up every day like nothing was wrong. Rumor has it after this time while he was "heavily watched" he tried to solicit other child for sexual abuse but was caught by the watching teachers. If a child punches another child/teacher, what would you expect the center to do? Expel them right? Something like sexual assault you would assume would be treated the same way right? Nope. We received VERY little in the way of communication. No other families were warned about the danger their children were in with this boy still attending daily. All the employees at KinderCare who we spoke with was basically like "I don't know anything" or they just wouldn't answer/return our calls. We eventually got a few "Its in upper management's control"... KinderCare is a corporation and they locked down RIGHT QUICK as you would expect from a giant company. Who knows what else happened during our duration as a family there with other children... We were eventually told that an extra teacher was going to be assigned to the Pre-K room to keep a specific eye on him. When we followed up with investigators on this they said that they actually didn't have any additional teachers in the class. Interesting... Very classy, KinderCare. CPS and a few other organizations including law enforcement conducted an investigation that essentially yielded no possibility of legal action from the DA's office. The accused was 5 years old so he's technically not a criminal, and KinderCare also was somehow not on the hook legally even when the teachers SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAYING ATTENTION TO THE CHILDREN AND DOING THEIR JOBS PROPERLY. We were told that if we wanted to open a civil case and fight it ourselves we could. At the end of the day, it was basically up to KinderCare how they wanted to handle this situation. And to our knowledge they did nothing, and even though my daughter will live with this trauma and memory for the rest of her life, KinderCare Fishers Run decided to continue to take the tuition money of a now known sexual offender, and turn a blind eye to the victims. This could have and SHOULD have never happened. Do not send your children here or any Kindercare facility in the area!!!

We absolutely love this daycare. Danielle and the entire team are phenomenal. Our daughter has grown so much (socially, emotionally, in knowledge, etc) in the year she has been here. The curriculum here is a wonderful mix of learning and fun and the staff are exceptional...Miss. Alyssa, Miss. Sarah...everyone.Our daughter will be off to kindergarten in the fall and we are so sad to say goodbye to Fishers Run Kinder Care, but we are so thankful for them and all the learning, care, and love they provided for our little one in this phase of her life!

I love KinderCare in Victor. At first the idea of daycare was so hard for me, as I was a stay at home mom for 2 years and had a hard time trusting that anyone would take care of my daughter the way I do. I just recently passed my “1 year” of going to this daycare now, and I know when I drop her off she’s in great hands. The teachers are personable, caring, and each have their own things I adore about them, the kids make and learn things everyday, Danielle is extremely understanding, accommodating, and responses to messages and situations quickly; even the parents here are all so friendly and we help each-other out. My daughter has learned so much from this center, created friendships with others young kids (and her teachers), and we don’t plan on switching anytime soon. Thank you Kindercare for giving me a peace of mind during my hectic work weeks.Alexus H

Absolutely love the staff here. I know that my kids aren't just safe and cared for, but that they're also being stimulated in a meaningful way with the curriculums the certified teachers provide. They also helped us follow thru with potty training our child when he was ready.

We have had a great experience with Kindercare and we're about 6 months in. The structure and curriculum are light years ahead of our previous day care and our child is truly thriving. The teachers genuinely care which makes a world of difference to our comfort with the center. Highly recommend.
