Do not buy from this company!!! Beware!!!! Purchased things online. They sent an email saying they got the return… sent email saying they issued the return and no money has been refunded!!! Horrible dishonest company!!!!!

I had the best experience i’ve ever had at this store today. not only were they extremely friendly, they were so helpful in trying to find exactly what I was looking for. shoutout to Emily! she was so amazing. she managed the fitting room area so well and helped me find options I wouldn’t have pulled for myself. she was super friendly and boosted my confidence in the fitting room tons! I HATE trying on clothes but this experience changed my mind entirely and made me actually enjoy trying clothes on. and I walked away with several options! love this store!!

Worst staff ever. Came on Black Friday and was cashed out by the rudest girl ever. Seemed like she may have been a manager. Was blonde in about her 30-40’s. Cashier had the receipt on the counter and handed me back my change, followed by her pushing the receipt across the counter to me as she turned around and carried on her conversation with her coworker without saying one word to me. Like idk maybe have a nice day?? Something? If you have a bad attitude or are just an unhappy person please don’t work in retail. Such a bad look for Francesca’s, I was so taken back by her unpleasantness I almost returned the item I bought and honestly I wish I did.

The 2 girls working 4/13/22 around noon were extremely unwelcoming and rude. They stood there gossiping at the cashier the whole time & for the whole duration of me walking through the store trying to get their attention they still didn't notice. I ended up leaving and most likely will not return to spend any of my $$ there.

Just went to the store last night and I was thoroughly impressed! The two ladies working were so kind and helpful, I tried on a few items and they were on it! They checked on me, started a fitting room while I looked around a little longer and held items for me while I ran to another store to grab my mom for her opinion. I'm always happy to visit due to the gorgeous selection of clothes and jewelry, but these girls made my night!

Love their clothes. Kind of on eccentric style but a little effort to find the right pieces is worth while. Staff always professional and helpful.
