I was very disappointed that upon buying coverage for both my laptop and my surround sound system no one told me until I called for a repair that there is a cap on the amount of money they will allow me to use. I bought them at different times from different stores and was not told by either place.

The place is a dive. The only redeeming feature is that they host the Pittsburgh Steelers Club, so you can watch their out-of-market games. The food is OK but the place is filthy. Imagine a hundred Steelers fans with a restroom with one toilet and one urinal. Even on non-game days it is disgusting. I am puzzled that the Health department hasn't shut them down. So, unless you are a Steelers fan, I would look elsewhere.

They changed my appointment time at the last second and then no-showed at the rescheduled appointment a week later. Do yourself a favor and use HelloTech instead.

Problems with car starter installation. Bought before christmas, 1st available appointment for installation was Jan 25. On Sat Jan 23 they called and cancelled my appointment and said they didnt have a technician. Told me to call another location and specified which one. I called customer service corporate Geek Squad and they set me up for an appointment 3 days later because the online reservation system said I would have to wait another 4 weeks, so they controled that reservation system and got me in. I went and was told i had to go away. They didnt schedule enough time for them to do the work. While there he rescheduled me for the next week, and said he'd take care of me. Its 2.5 hour installation appointment. I just received my confirmation for that appointment and its at another location. I am getting no answers to any either locations to see where I am supposed to go tomorrow. Nobody answers any department phone call. I tried just to get a person to answer so I didnt have to drive 1 hour there, and NOBODY. SO SO disappointed.

I have called 3 times for over 30 minutes waiting for a human. I just wanted to drop off my computer for them to work on.I have had great services when they come to my house.But right now this is truly sad service.
