When asked to round up I said no thanks. Employee said “didnt think so”. Really? Not trying to pay even more for clothing that a company gets for completely free.

Victor ny goodwill very clean organized toys are neatly organized and shelf’s are not messy or jammed pack with items . Clothing neatly organized as well. Cares all clean .

Wanted to purchase a blow mold tree which was behind the counter. The employee took my name and told me that it would be up front at the cashiers station and I would give her my name and then purchase the tree.
When I went to check out the same girl who told me this process was on register and the tree was no where to be found. The other cashier stated that a gentleman said the tree was his and she gave it to him.
The cashier ran and got who I think was a manager and they were in a huddle for a few minutes. When she returned she said there was a mixup. Why have this process if you are not asking for the persons name.
I was quite angry with the fact that out of 4 employees no one said SORRY. She also had the nerve to ask me to round up. My purchase total was 6.99 I told her NO.
After reading many reviews below I guess their store name should be Badwill not Goodwill.

Did not give me a receipt for donations. Purposely avoided it when asked. My donations were in good standing and visible.

Clean and organized. The prices are insane. The lack of sales in color tags is in a stark contrast to other Goodwill stores in other towns and/or states.

The employees are rude and honestly make going there terrible. Dude literally screams at me for inspecting a guitar behind the counter, like I know it’s behind the counter but wow big reaction for a little thing. 30$ trash guitar, he shouts “we don’t touch things, we ask!” then walks away as fast as possible. Terrible time, weirdo employees. Hopefully management fires that kid. Hope that kid chills out one day.

I personally haven't had an issues with staff in the Victor store. I have had many conversations with a lot of the staff. I even see some of them in the Canandaguia store now. As far as pricing? This is my favorite store. Not a lot of super cheap items but things are fairly priced. Inventory has been a little light the last couple months but I'm assuming that's related to the season. Overall I look forward to going to this store.

The selection is always great but these employees are UNBEARABLE. I have to hype myself up before coming in because I know someone is going to start a fight with a customer and I’m not going to stand there and watch that happen.

Extremely unprofessional, customer service was awful, and to say to someone we've been holding this in for months!! We're sick and tired of this, while shaking, face turning red and awhile you're leaned towards me!!! Speaking to me in a demeaning manner like I'm a child. Literally causing a scene in front of everyone, who does that. Okay. Throwing marbles at my sons while they were sitting on the couch, yet saying we have cameras. One employee is saying it's okay for them to throw a plastic ball to one another where no one was, then another employee, taking it all out of context, you're saying customers are coming up to you saying, oh their legs must be broken since they're not doing what their mother told them to do. Seriously!!!!! Okay. So now as the manager of Goodwill at Victor, NY you're allowing your customers to harass my family.Thank God I'm unbothered by your negativity. To say every time, YOU come in here. Who is YOU? Please clarify. We have to correct your sons! Let's be clear. I'll never ask you to baby sit, nor would I ask anyone to watch my kids!! If you're bothered that their black little boys, that's on you when you look yourself in the mirror, no one else.Goodwill did not hire you to come to work to be belligerent, rude, unprofessional, condensing, and demeaning to your paying customers! Nor for your customers to walk on eggshells when they are in your store.Also, Goodwill did not hire you to be emotionally, mentally condensing, demeaning, unprofessional, belligerent, disrespectful and rude towards you're paying customers.However, to say we've been holding this in for months, so every time you saw me, you were calculating when you would, what? That is intentional infliction of emotional distress. We should not have to have anxiety or walk on eggshells when we are at your store. To me that is a threat to the wellbeing of my family when we walk in your store.

This goodwill sucks. worst goodwill ive ever been to in new york state. I would give it no stars if i could. Employees were rude and unhelpful. I get that they cant sell stuff without tags but What i was trying to get were all the same price on the board yet could not sell it. but the attitude from the employees were horrible.
