Bought a mattress online.all the reps I talked too had broken English and didn't know how to spell in English.Wrong address.The mattress comes from a big central distribution center..took weeks to get it.paid $25 for hauling away of old mattress-they put it outside my apt complex standing next to dumster. After 2 nights of sleeping on it and getting pressure sores.we decided to return it (costing $149 restocking fee) . Same delivery co..picked it up.seen placing it on ground before putting in truck. 2 wks later still haven't received refund. It has been a cluster. Do not buy a mattress from them

I have always enjoyed shopping at JCPenny but this experience was different. after I got everything I wad looking for I started to look for a checkout and to my surprise there were none aroung except for one in the back corner of the store. I was in the front of the store and had to walk to the back. Long line and only three cashiers. I will think twice about going back to this store.

Not only was the new cashiering system in complete collapse and the whole line dusgusted, the one isolated register for returns was not apparent - putting people w returns wrongfully in the hideous long line. The supervisor I mentioned this to refused to help improve this one simple thing to help returns customers in obvious distress. The customer service desk was removed from the store entirely. There is no registers around the store. The new single cash out line for the entire store has only 4 cashiers working for the entire store. People are steadily walking away disgusted.
