“Great experience for my daughter's first time at 11. The girls made my daughter so comfortable and talked her through it all. They triple checked to make sure they were even before piercing. We had them done at the same time which was helpful for my nervous girl. She said she didn't even feel it and was very surprised.”

“Today was yet another terrific day like all others at Kay Eastview for the past almost 30 years. There was a great selection as I expected, and also very attentive and patient attention to something out of the ordinary for me about a recent purchase for my wife. Pattilynn greeted us by name to help with something she and our usual sales associate Sharon worked on together for us a couple of weeks ago. Sharon explained to Pattilynn the reason for our visit in case she wasn't there. Our visit was a great success - just as I knew it would be. “I've been here several times when I visited the Eastview Mall. They have large variety of clothing selections as well as shoes at cheap prices. I liked their shoes, especially. Pretty large store so you will be able to see this at one sight when you walk around the mall. Decent store to check out and they have good Returns policy as well. And the staff are all nice and helpful. Overall, good shopping experience in here and I think I would check here out again when I visit the mall.”
“I had ordered a charm bracelet for my girlfriend to wear for our friend’s wedding and it wasn’t the size she wanted for dangling charms. We went in and the staff was extremely understanding and helped us exchange it for the right size she wanted. Since it was an online order, I would have had to ship it back but it wouldn’t have arrived in time for the wedding. The staff exchanged it right there and then and gave my girlfriend some really good tips about how to put it on since she’s never owned a charm bracelet. 10/10 service, thank you guys.”
