“When I say that Reeds is amazing I truly mean it. Between the staff being super helpful and accommodating, my entire experience with them has been amazing! I bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands years ago from them and the quality is far superior from anywhere else I’ve been. I’ve since moved out of state and have sent her rings back year after year…..always with some sort of request - re-sizing, bigger center diamond, etc. and they have always taken care of me. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Love the store and the people. If you’re looking for something special and want a smooth experience this is the place to go.”

“We got my engagement and wedding bands here. We had gone to 3 other stores before we went to Zales looking at engagement rings. When I saw the ring in the display I wasn't sure if I like it. The lady helping us told me to try it on since rings can look different on. As soon as I put the engagement ring on I knew it was the one! She also helped us find wedding bands to match the ring. I ended up getting two bands to go on either side of the ring and then sautered all of the rings together. Everyone is always so helpful and kind at the store!”

“I've been here several times when I visited the Eastview Mall. They have large variety of clothing selections as well as shoes at cheap prices. I liked their shoes, especially. Pretty large store so you will be able to see this at one sight when you walk around the mall. Decent store to check out and they have good Returns policy as well. And the staff are all nice and helpful. Overall, good shopping experience in here and I think I would check here out again when I visit the mall.”

“Noah was an amazing help and very knowledgeable about his diamonds and gold rings for both men and women. However the older lady that he was working with was rude, kept interrupting us and was overall being a horrible person. Had Noah not been so nice to us we would’ve made a sale elsewhere. She needs to be fired. She was on her phone and rude the whole time we were there. Great job Noah. She was horrible.”

“My aunt and I came in about two weeks ago to peruse and inquire about clasps and charms for a prospective future purchase!The girl working at the counter was very helpful, and even gave us insight as to how we could create a wishlist the employees could simply pull up when we returned!We returned today, and the two women working the counter were very helpful, friendly! The girl who had originally helped us came in while we were trying clasps on, and remembered us, even the details of what clasps and charms we wanted!The service was fabulous! I highly recommend this location!”
