“I came in on Valentine’s Day in hopes I would get better customer service than I did at Kay’s at the galleria mall after going there for a cleaning and maintenance due to a diamond missing in my original engagement ring. (My original ring was not from Kay’s it was from zales I only went here because all of the zales are far from me) . As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Hillary who I explained my situation to, and she was AMAZING!!!!! Words can’t express the customer service I received from her. From the moment I stepped in to the very end she was very attentive. She didn’t push anything on me or try to sell anything to me, she was open and honest about her recommendations and she let me tell her what I wanted out of the visit. She was kind and understanding and helped me find the most beautiful new engagement ring. It was getting busy due to Valentine’s Day and Hillary was amazing and calm with her other customers as she continued to work on getting me situated. It’s very rare to get the customer service I received in zales today and I drove an hour and 10 minutes because of the amazing reviews I read before showing up and I’m happy to say they exceeded my expectations. If you are hesitant look no further, this zales is amazing! Also side note don’t go to Kay’s at Buffalo galleria mall! The customer service is absolutely horrible! They do not care about their customers.”
