“Carolyn and Liz are outstanding! Both are very helpful and customer focused. Liz helped me find information in the system that I did not have available with me. She printed it out and secured it in a nice velvet pouch for me. I was so appreciative that I hugged them both for going above and beyond.”

“I stopped in yesterday to purchase a gift for my husband for our wedding anniversary and the service was so great that we came in again today to look at upgrading my engagement ring and purchasing another wedding band. Heather was amazing and super informative when I met with her yesterday. We met with a gentleman today and he was excellent and knowledgeable (so sorry I am blanking on his name!). We purchased another band and sent out my current ring for repair and they were so kind in trying to get my ring back in time for our anniversary. We will certainly be back when we are ready to upgrade my ring. We have been to Zales and Kay in the past and don’t love the corporate chain feel of those spots and really love and appreciate the family owned, customized, and personable customer service here.”

“A small shop filled with wonders! You can find gems and crystals while waiting for a watch battery or have jewelry repaired! The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable about his stock as well the history and geology of where it comes from.”

“Went and visited the pandora store today and let me tell you the women in there were so sweet and so kind but one stood out and was the best (seriously this girl needs a raise). Kai was incredible. She was soooo kind and jokingly asked “do you want me to put a spending limit because I will do that for you” after I came back a second time to buy more. She seriously is the sweetest and hope to see her when I visit again!”
