“We have purchased several items from Williams-Sonoma over the years. The shop is beautifully set out and well stocked. The items are not for everyone as they are on the more expensive end of the market.

The staff are always courteous and helpful. However Haley stood out the most on this occasion. Professional as well as friendly and very knowledgeable about the products.

If you can’t find what you are looking for in store, a computer is available for you to place your order and it’s delivered to your abode.

If you are willing to spend a little more for good quality items then this is the place for you.”

“I had Rochester Bath & Kitchens renovate my tub into a walk in shower. From the start of the process, Don Carly the sales agent was knowledgeable and helpful. The installers, Mike, Nick and Shawn, were efficient and did a very good job. They explained and asked my preferences throughout their installation. It turned out beautiful and I will highly recommend them to other people.”

“I recently hired KitchenByPremiere for a partial kitchen renovation, focusing on a quartz countertop and plumbing. Throughout the process, I had the pleasure of working with Phil Adams, a project manager who stood out for his friendly and personable approach.Despite Phil's commendable efforts, we encountered several challenges, particularly with the countertop. The initial results were not entirely to my satisfaction, which I attribute more to the subcontractor, Solid Surface, rather than KitchenByPremiere. I found myself dealing directly with Solid Surface, which was not the smoothest experience.In the end, while the outcome was slightly different from what I had envisioned, I am content with the results, thanks primarily to Phil's dedication and hard work. His commitment to meeting my needs and his genuine concern were evident throughout the project.Would I recommend Phil Adams as a project manager? Absolutely. “Vella recently renovated a bathroom for us. Our experience with them was exceptional! After a thorough planning and design stage with Steve and David in the showroom, we decided on a bold new look. The choices were limitless and the process went smoothly. The only hard part was waiting for our turn in the renovation queue. Once the work began, Kiel and Steve did an excellent job of staying on schedule and making daily progress. Their work was thorough and interruption to our household was minimal . Cheri who handled all communication and scheduling was pleasant and helpful. We could not be more thrilled with our beautiful and completely new bathroom. We cannot recommend Vella highly enough!!”

“errors were made - but were corrected without rancor, or that feeling of dread. I purchased a lp water tank, got it in basement and opened - to discover it was nat. pulled it out and returned it, they apologized and replaced it -- this time i checked before moving it from there store and - yup another nat. gas. They acquired the correct one from another store and delivered it to house what was nice was no one got miffed or upset --- had this been lowes i doubt it would have gone so smoothly -- back a while i was doing bus with them they delivered a dented refer - had a lot of issues on return -- these guys know when you come in that there will be questions and they ans or find the ans - they know they are often dealing with amateurs such as myself but never have they ever acted superior or worse given ans just to hear themselves talk”

She dedicates herself to each and every renovation fully. I benefited from her experience which produced a better design! She also delivered on time and gave us kernals of her wisdom which helped us with the planning of the countertops.
