Stopped into the Victor NY location yesterday with a situation the online represenitive told me they could help with. Initial person was great. Manager was condescending and just plain unprofessional. LLBean has lost it's way. This company used to be great.

One of the last places left around where you can enjoy a pleasant retail experience. Neat and well organized clothing, shoes and outdoor gear. Extremely helpful and friendly customer service, Fine quality products. Dog friendly. Where else can you still get someone to help with personal measurements for correct sizing of shoes and apparel? An overall good value.

Beautiful store but the $80 sweater I bought my wife became very pilly after only two uses. Thankfully they returned it and provided us a gift card for a future purchase.

I'll never shop here again after how the manager treated me for wanting to exchange a pair of mittens for a different size without a receipt! They'll treat you like you're buying ammo and be as invasive as possible before allowing an exchange. You're basically under Judge by the manager who is a miserable human. Unfortunate, but maybe I'm just not hoity-toity enough for the blue ties shopping there.
