Refused to honor the Darn Tough guarantee without a receipt, even though the guarantee expressly says that you don't need your receipt if you bring in the damaged socks.

LL Bean...it's a classic. I'm on the fence whether the current quality if goods is worth the price point or not, but they still have great clothing and outdoor supplies. This is a very beautiful store, with great parking and easy access, too

Good selection of LLBean merchandise. Extremely attentive and helpful staff. Store is kept clean and organized. Easy returns and ordering for items not in-stock at the store. Shopping here is always easy and fast.

Didn't have oxford cotton dress shirts in my size 15 x 32. The 15.5 is too bulky.

Went looking for pants but they only go up to 42" waist and I need 44. I did get a nice shirt and a bag of great coffee with the gift card I had. Prices are good on reduced merchandise but seemed high otherwise.

Shout out to Mennie (sorry I hope I spelled your name right) at the cashier station. You saved my life! I was wearing my favorite LL Bean long down coat and when I put my wallet back in the inside pocket the zipper got stuck with my wallet in there! I couldn’t get it out so I stopped in the Victor store and Mennie was able to free my wallet!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Thank-you, Thank-you Thank-you! Give that girl a raise.

Everything you could need for a practical and good-looking wardrobe under one roof. Solid camping supplies and durable construction are more great reasons to pick up some of their excellent products. The sales staff are helpful and fast, and checkout never has a wait.
