I had to come here and write a review not only for this beautiful store and the products, but also for the amazing customer service provided by Kyle. He provided me with so much knowledge about all things skin care and fragrance; it really made a difference in my experience! Looking forward to going back, picking up something new and seeing Kyle again!

I have been using L’Occitane products for over 20 years now and the quality and selection has always been exceptional.
The staff are super approachable and helpful. I had the honour of meeting the lovely Isabel (a fellow Brit!) and Kate. Shopping is made easy when the staff are so friendly. Thank you ladies for the banter! Looking forward to my next visit.

I was just browsing the mall one day, and stopped in here to look. I was looking at the hand creams, and I might have gotten some, but the staff person wouldn't leave me alone and let me look. When I entered the store, she asked if I needed any help, which I appreciate. But the store is small, and anything I looked at she asked me about. I don't like that. If I have a question, I'll ask, but don't follow me around and not let me look at anything. This is why online shopping was invented.

I’ve been in a couple times this past month—first to purchase some of their amazing shampoo, and then again for some hair serum. In addition to always being really happy with their products, the store associates are always incredibly nice and helpful. In a world where we so often shop online, it’s always a treat to stop by this store in-person.

Attentive and thurough service. A bit pricey for the amount of product but alright for such good product quality. I also sampled face mists, face treatment, and hand lotions while I was there. Quiet and welcoming atmosphere.
