Went to store to check if they have my size but they didn’t. So the lady suggested she will placed it online and will deliver it to my house. Mind you that was placed June 14 and it says it will arrive on June 17th. It is now July 1st and my order still did not arrive! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Nice store but the staff are strange. I asked if I could take some pics for my review and they seemed pretty surprised. So I was then sent over to the manager! Surely a business should be happy to have a reviewer promote their business.
Due to the awkward unfriendly conversation and the fact that the staff made me feel uncomfortable, that’s why I’m giving them 2 stars. On a positive I decided to take my business elsewhere even though I liked some of the items on display. Will probably order them online.
I hadn’t read a single review about this place before I visited and this review is based on my experience.

Don’t even bother going to this location if you’re black . The employees don’t greet you don’t offer to help you they don’t even speak to you at all . The environment is very hostile and it’s sad

Went into the store asked for a pair of leggings in a certain size. Got out to the car and checked the bag only to find they were 2 sizes larger than I asked. Went back in to exchange for correct size. Drove an hour home and take leggings out of the bag only to find they left the security tag on them. WTH is wrong with people. Now have to drive another hour for them to remove the security tag. Hire people that know what they are doing if you are going to charge that much for clothing, your staff should at least know general things! I believe they did this intentionally. Very rude staff in Victor.

Came in for a gift exchange + being "new" to brand, we did not know what to expect. However, my husband and I quickly connected with Alex, who was spot on with TRUE customer care! We will be back to this location thanks to the above and beyond 1:1 attention we received while getting familiar with the Lululemon product line. Alex markets and represents the brand exceptionally! Thank you for such an awesome 1st experience ❤️ at your location - Eastview Mall.

The cashier was so rude in her gesture to me while checking out(Store in Victor, January 8th around 4:30pm). She almost threw the package at me. Then did not tag off from what I purchased for security. It was obviously intended. Wanted to make a customer miserable. She is definitely upset with her own reason and shows off to a customer. If the store doesn’t fix this issue then I am sure it will damage their business.

I spend $400 and the worker would not even give me an extra bag he shoved everything in one bag. Overall very disappointed that they would not give me an extra bag even though I made the stock market for lululemon go up

Joggers ripped at the stitching near the foot on day two. Their website states they've had so many returns due to the holiday season that they aren't honoring their quality warranty until February.

do NOT take your clothes to get altered here!! I love lulu but the hemming quality i received would be what i expect from kohl’s. this is the first time wearing my brand new biker shorts still with the tags on after taking them to get hemmed at this location. embarrassing!
