I hadn’t been to a Lush store in over a decade until recently. Employees were kind and helpful, and products are so cute and fun to browse through. Glad to have rediscovered Lush and will stop by again soon.

Tuesday was our first time visiting, and we had some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Two individuals greeted us, offered product suggestions without being pushy, provided education on the items AND assisted with samples and demos….and in a manner than was on my kids’ level as well! Honestly 10/10 experience and will absolutely be back! Thank you for providing a great experience for our family ?

I recently went into Lush with my daughter and her two friends while we were celebrating her 10th birthday. Alyx was incredible. While we did not have a party planned, Alyx still made the girls feel pampered. She set them up with a salt scrub, jelly soap, and relaxing lotion. Alyx was also thoughtful from asking the girls permission to touch their hands before using the salt scrub, to making sure they actually wanted to participate, to referring to them all as "friends," rather than making assumptions about gender pronoun preferences. She (or any of the other associates) never made me feel pressured to buy anything, but I wanted to not only because the products are considerate of the environment, production, but also because I had a wonderful experience in the store. My daughter even said it was one of the top three moments from her party, and it was completely unplanned.
I ended up buying the sleepy lotion, which I love, and I will be a more regular customer of the store from now on.

Just had my daughter’s 9th Birthday here and it was fabulous! The stag was amazing with the girls and they absolutely had the best time!!!! The mom’s that stayed were itching to join in on the fun too!!!!!

If you want to fall in love with a product then be depressed when they discontinue it, buy your stuff here. They will inevitably discontinue it and recommend a replacement that is a different and worse product. This isn't something that happens occasionally with specific products, it is a company policy. I stopped shopping here after they discontinued 3 of my everyday products. Buy from somewhere that doesn't have a policy to cycle products every 18 months or so.

Something for everyone!I got a Volkswagen beetle bath bomb for my son for Valentine's Day. And some clay looking soap in a rainbow tube for my daughter.Love that they give you a dollar off when you bring back the black containers!

I hosted my 40th birthday at Lush this past weekend and it was such a great day. I had family and friends of all ages, tween to 60+ and we all had so much fun. Camille was my point person from start to finish. Setting up and scheduling the party was super easy, and she was our ringleader for the actual event. Camille, with the assistance of Shai, led us through icebreakers and games, and then through the awesome process of making our own bubble bars. I learned so much about the Lush organization and mission, in addition to learning about clean skincare and beauty, all while having a wonderful time with my guests. Everyone went home with a great goodie bag with full-sized products and customized samples, and all remarked as to how much fun they had. My bag thoughtfully included my most favorite soap, in addition to other specially selected items, all which confirmed to me what a conscientious listener Camille was as we planned the party. I can’t more highly recommend Lush, especially for your next party - for any occasion!

we walked in and the lady we spoke with was very knowledgeable and quickly found exactly what we were looking for. she made us feel very welcome and answered all or questions and gave us great recommendations. the lotion we got works amazing! def will go back!
