Upon entering the store to return some unused items, I had a disappointing encounter with Katie, the store manager. She accused me of using unopened cookie boxes and a stain on a new box, which was completely untrue. Despite my explanation, she continued to be rude and insistent. To make matters worse, she claimed some of my items were not on the receipt because she forgot to scan them. I calmly requested for her to rescan them, but she gave me attitude and argued that she had already scanned them. After persisting, she rescanned the items and found that they were indeed missing. It was a frustrating experience with Katie's poor customer service, and it has made me reconsider shopping at Michael's in the future. I hope the store management addresses this issue and ensures a better customer service experience for all patrons.

Good selection, decent prices (and frequently good sales), helpful staff. Friends that have done classes here have spoken well of the experience, but I can't speak to them, myself.

Michael’s always has a great selection for any holiday and I enjoy the rewards system and promo offers. They even have a lot of kid friendly crafts. The store is always organized and Katie is always so nice and helpful! Thank you Katie for always greeting us with a smile! Amazing customer service!
