The service was very good pleasant however I was over charged. A month ago I paid $40.00. Today I paid $50.00 . I figured price went up! I called a couple of hours later asked the price answer was $45.00. So sad take advantage!

Poor customer service, came last night around 6 pm she said it was not time for both pedicure and manicure. I said okay. I will come in the morning didn’t bother to ask if I need an appointment. Get there this morning nothing available what a waste of time.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve come to this salon and their previous location on and off to have Rosie do my nails and every time she does such a fantastic job. Today I got a pedicure and I literally cannot stop looking at my toes. She’s so kind and genuine and is so meticulous with her work. I’ve tried so many OTHER places (more local to me), and always end up hating my nails and the experience. Rosie is the only person who is consistent and that I trust. I will no longer go to anyone else but her!!

Worst customer service. Makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them when you show up with business.

Took my daughter to get her nails done they said it was $15 and then went to check out and it was $25 for literally just painting her nails, no manicure. Charged me $10 extra for a snowflake on 2 nails and the nails were all Chipped off by the next morning. Should have said it was extra before doing it.

No customers were in the salon. I asked for a fullset and pedicure. She told me a gel pedicure is $70 and she didnt have time for a fullset. I went in at 3:45 and she let me know they close at 7

Rosey is the best! My dip manicure is always perfect and lasts much longer when she does it verses other salons.

I haven't seen Vivian or Rosie in over four years, and only because the place I thought was open wasn't, I remembered there was a nail salon next to JC Penny. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and there they were! Rosie gave me the best manicure I've had in years!! She was so meticulous in removing my old polish, and equally focused on getting my new polish absolutely perfect! I will be going there regularly from now on.
I am so happy to have reconnected with Vivian and Rosie!

if ZERO stars was an option, thats what theyd get. $15 to fix 2 nails ans $50 for a “fill”. She was rude and upright disrespectful. i asked for square with rounded edges and you can CLEARLY see thats not very straight nor even. let alone i mentioned that it wasnt fully painted and she just took my hand and put it in the dryer. i mentioned it again and she said its fine. DO NOT COME HERE.

The brown was my inspo vs what i got, the green. The nails are crooked and uneven and the shape is not right i asked for almond and the same design and everything just with green and white instead of brown and white. While she was drilling the nails she cut me multiple times, the nails were $95 which is completely ridiculous especially when the nails arent even really what i asked for.

$70 for regular mani pedi… no foot, calf or leg massage….most salons offer a combo price. They did not. My manicure was basic… two coats of clean… I did receive hand lotion and a cursory hand massage.
Disappointed in a “meh” experience.

Did a great job. Nails last longer than most places I’ve been too.

The ladies that work here are very disrespectful. This place needs to be reported and kicked out the mall. They have very negative ghetto attitudes when you correct them on something your paying for with your hard earned money.

First time customer. When you walk in they make you manually sign in on an iPad and select your service. I chose the powder acrylic option for my daughter and her friend which was supposed to start at $45. When I went back they gave me $160 bill with $60 base prices. Refused to honor the price a literally physically agreed to at sign in, I contested the charges and will NEVER go back. The nails are sloppy as sh*t too.
