I walked in and walked around for at least 30 minutes and made contact with 3 employees, neither of them spoke. Made eye contact but didn't speak. While in there I noticed a white couple come in with their child. They were greeted right away. Not that this matters but I also had kids with me. I'm tired of the racism in these stores. The manager name on board was Christina and she seen me several times and said nothing.

It's one of the best old navy store and the staff is super friendly. The store have the best deals in clearance as well as on regular items.

I love Old Navy’s products but my review is more for the amazing customer service I got on the phone with this store today. The woman went above and beyond to help with my order and figure it out for me.

Horrible management. Some employees are not treated right. If you are a person of color, good luck if you can secure a job with them. Too many favoritisms. Glad I don't work there anymore.

Bought a $35.00 blouse ( didn't try it on) and tried to return it today. Made a special trip up there. All I wanted to do was get a bigger size. And because it was two weeks past the 30 days, they wouldn't let me. Another customer walking out told me I should have asked for the manager. It's not like I was asking for store credit or my money back and I had my receipt. I just wanted one size bigger. When you work a lot you don't have a lot of spare time to go back out shopping. So not so sure I will shop at any of them again. Left a very unhappy customer.
