The workouts are challenging and there is a great variety. The coaches are very encouraging and attentive and the front desk staff are so nice and helpful. I have never stuck to a workout plan-usually a month or two and I quit but I have been going to OTF Victor for over a year and love it. I have lost weight and see a big difference in my health and energy level. Thank you Coach Grant, Jenn, Alison, Jamie, Sara and Joelle!!!

I finally found a workout that works for me. Show up, do what the coaches say, and leave one hour later. It couldn't be easier. The classes go by super fast because every day is different. I feel challenged, but I'm never bored.Every class includes running, rowing, weightlifting, and stretching. The warmups and cooldowns are built in. In this way, Orangetheory is a "catered" experience, rather than "à la carte" experience. If all you care about is running a marathon, or if you want to strengthen your upper body but not your lower body, Orangetheory might not be the right gym for you. On the other hand, if you're like me, and you just want to improve your physical and mental health, without learning exactly how to do it, Orangetheory is perfect.Many years ago, while signing up for another gym, the sales staff asked me what I wanted to get out of my membership. "I just want to be healthier," I replied. They didn't know what to do with that answer. Laughing, they told me to be more specific. If you don't think that's a crazy thing to say—if you just want to be healthier, however it's achieved—Orangetheory is a great choice. Just show up and do what the coaches say. You'll leave with a great, full-body workout.I've visited many Orangetheory studios, but I'm leaving this review here, for Victor, my home studio, because it's my favorite by far. Everyone is so friendly, and the coaches are great. I especially love attending Grant's classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. He's a fun dude, and we happen to have similar tastes in music. Jenn is also super motivating and a skilled runner. Geoff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't complain about a single one of them.Give it a shot and see what you think. There are lots of promotions going on all the time, like free trial classes. You might find it really works for you.

The coaches challenge me more than I would ever push myself, everyday is different and it truly is a total body workout. I have never stayed with a workout routine or gym for as long as I have been a member of OTF.

I LOVE this gym and the workout. I feel amazing after and it is a very positive environment - both the staff and other members. They have all been welcoming and encouraging. Plus again the classes are dynamic and fantastic! I can't say enough good things.

I have been going to OTF Victor for the past 5 years. The work out is an awesome full body workout. :)What I love most is the staff and OTF Victor members. Such a positive and energetic envionment. Autumn, Grant, Kierra, Jeff, Megan, Jenn and Catherine bring their BEST everyday. They are professional and help me meet my fitness goals.

I've been coming to this studio for about 8 months now and I couldn't be happier that I joined. The studio is extremely clean, members are friendly and the coaches/staff are super helpful and welcoming to everyone. Appreciate all the help and support they have given me the last few months. I highly suggest coming to this studio to get a good workout in with good people.

I visit the area for long visits several times each year and I absolutely look forward to visiting this studio. The staff are amazing! The coaches are motivating and supportive and so outgoing. The front desk professional is so welcoming and kind. The workouts are always great but on top of that, this studio is top notch and you’ll love it.
